We really enjoyed our stay at ibis Thane. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. We had to check out a day early, and without even asking, they refunded the remaining amount. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. We highly recommend ibis Thane and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the service exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with no delays.

One area for improvement would be the availability of a menu that is more welcoming to international visitors. Having a menu with more internationally friendly options be especially beneficial for business travelers like myself

Clean room and great service from the Hotel. Staying at any Ibis guarantees us that we will be well served in any way. Showers have great hot water flow and beds are comfortable.

Even though our stay was great and we were extremely well received at the hotel, the breakfast/dinner menu should be reconsidered to welcome worldwide visitors. There should also be more wall plugs in each room, at least one on the side of each bed.

The check-in process was smooth and quick The food options were nice and fresh (dunno why other people complain) culinary team whipped up some masale dar curries. Its location is a plus point and has few decent shops nearby. The Housing keeping team did a good job of solving the issue I had with the bed linens. They changed the bedding right in front of me, adding more faith in the team. Shout out to the lady Housing Keeping Manager. The Check out process was smooth also Also, I loved the welcome card and little snacks by the Guest Relations team. Would stay again here

On 2 instances, my meals were disturbed by the F&B associate asking for my room number. Even though I made it a point, always inform anyone at the POS system before grabbing a table. And twice the F&B associates forgot we had order juices, and I guess it wasn't his day. Rooms are small but well planned. Also, the gym was barely equipped. The heaviest dumbbells they have are 6 kgs. But it's all forgiven as I understand they are heavily understaffed when it comes to F&B, housekeeping, and FO. Also, it's super economical

Bfast was quite good. Staffs there were very cordial and accommodative.

All were good. Overall service was good. Will visit Next visit . I had tried many times of staying in your property but all the time I wasn’t successful in booking one. Reasons were always sold out. This time luckily I could get through booking.com. I thank them for that.

Thane does not have many good hotels and IBIS is one of the best. Facility and staff are good. There was some confusion on CP plan as my room booked was only Room but during booking the options on Booking.com should be clear & simple- one without breakfast and one with breakfast. @Rs 599 breakfast option is confusing as it does not give clarity that it is additional or included in room rent.

Bathroom in all IBIS hotel including this one is very small and cramped. That may be a unique feature in all your hotels but that doesn’t give a comfortable feel to move around.

The hotel is convenient for travel on the EEH.

The staff at the breakfast was not hospitable at all. They don't train them to smile at guests and wish guests GM. Also the staff never asks the guests if they require anything or just start a conversation by asking how is the breakfast.

The location is in the middle of Thane City. Buffet breakfast was quite good.

Even though I checked in around 6pm , the room was not ready. However they arranged it within 15 minutes. Room size is typical Ibis quite crampy. Some standard items like sleeper, shaving kit, comb will be provided on request basis.

Comfortable rooms, quick housekeeping, and room service. Location is great as it's on the highway. Will stay again.

Reception staff need more training. Noting requirements and advising on options needs work. Restaurant service staff are slow and forget the orders. Breakfast food options can be better. Food needs more taste.

Central Thane location , near to my annual event location..

Water pressure in shower..too less..forgot to inform during stay to Housekeeping..also they didnt change towels daily, had to continously call them..
