Cafe ( a product of brazil) is also average and they not offer options of good espresso (free) at breakfast. Cafe is inexpensive in brazil .Rooms also luck espresso machine or water heater for tea. They introduced a new easier system to order tapiocas and eggs, but the quality of tapiocas is also very average. They served me burned tapioca that was tasteless. A boutique hotel has to pay attention to these small details.

We stayed twice in this hotel during our vacation, with a different room and few days of interval. The hotel is very well located, a short walking distance from the main beach and with a supermarket right next door. While very discreet from the street, it is actually quite spacious inside, with an open pool an jacuzzi in the inside patio. There is a well equipped gym and a nice restaurant area. The rooms are comfortable, the showers are great, with quiet and efficient air conditioning units. Last but not least, there are guest bathrooms with showers on the ground floor, which is very convenient if you have to check out several hours before you go and still want to shower before you head out to the airport or else.

We had a room on 2nd floor during our first stay and another one on 5th floor during the second stay. The one on second floor was way quieter as not higher than the property walls, and hence protected from the noise of the area (the patio is really quiet, with just the noise of the water fountains which I actually appreciate) - there was a dog barking a lot early morning and also noise from a demonstration that we could hear from the fifth floor. Overall, the sound proofing is a bit light, so depending on the people in the rooms around you, noise may be a nuisance.

Overall very good hotel. The staff were very nice and the hotel is very pretty. I recommend!

We stayed in the hotel for a week. Everything was super nice, but we found the breakfast quite repetitive, with no gluten free options (except tapioca + meat everyday), no vegetables and few fruits. We tried other much cheaper hotels that had vegetables and at least one gluten free cake or one gluten free bread. However, they do have some lactose free products. Also the air conditioner is blowing directly to the bed. It is not that comfortable.

The hotel was lovely. The interior design was very nice and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was a little tray with fresh juices and fruit brought out to the pool in the early afternoon. Overall, we had a great stay in this elegant and modern hotel.

We had a room on the ground floor towards the pool and it was fairly loud due to the music being played during the day and some maintenance work nearby. Also, we couldn't open our curtains as everybody who was walking to the pool could see our whole room. Therefore, we also couldn't use the little terrace in front of our room without being very much visible for all the other guests and staff members.

Beautiful boutique hotel, breakfast was very good - not sure if it's always like this in Brasil hotels. Staff was very helpfull and rooms clean and very comfortable bed. I was alone, so didn't bother the size of the room - to my experience it was good size. Good location, 10-16 minute walk to the beach (before I knew it I was already there), supermarket right next to the hotel. All in all I liked the area, enough restaurants/bars on walking distance - you also have a bus stop in front.

That I didn't stay longer :) For solo traveler you don't really have a nice hotel bar to hang around at night, but that's about it.

Vicinity. Away enough from the night life and sound but close enough to restaurants and beech. Nice courtyard

Restaurant needs help.Food was not bad but not a big selection. Breakfast was fine if you order it. The buffet was always out of food or crusty food from the heat of the pans. Slow service . Room was ok. Bed was good. The room is simple. Ac worked great

Excellent service (reception and breakfast ), comfortable bed and excellent AC. Breakfast with variety and excellent tapiocas and omeletes. Pool staff also helpful.

Some improvements are the following: 1. Water heater in room ( cafe -tea) 2. Better cafe at breakfast , and especially an excellent espresso cafe machine ( nespresso or 3 corações capsules)- Brazil has amazing and relative inexpensive cafe - cafe for the level of a great boutique hotel like Pauli need improvement. 3. Gym although great and well equipped needs maintenance and cleaning from time to time. Also essential to be ventilated with open doors sometime during day or night .

Probably one of the most modern hotels in Fortaleza. Stepping through the door, it feels like a different world. The interior design is well done with natural materials and the pool area offers a very calm, relaxing and tropical vibe. Check-in and check-out were quick and everone was very welcoming. The breakfast offered a buffet style with bread, cereals, fruits, scrambled eggs, waffles and more. Additional one could order omelette and tapioca. Tip: there is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

Maybe we just got unluckily but our room was at the end of the hallway and was overlooking the neighbors backyard, not the pool area, like other rooms. And unfortunately no balcony as some of the pictures suggested. The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived and it took over an hour to cool down the room to a normal room temperature. The windows are zero soundproof and one could hear the AC generator and dog barking all night.

An oasis in Forteleza, exception staff to assist me in every way possible, as I am a chronic pain sufferer I arrived in a bad way and the staff were amazing in helping me get to my room and provide a masseuse to help me recover…. the property is 5 star! All the staff went out of their way to care for me every day of my stay. I’d like to mention that a staff member called Jonas kept an eye on me throughout our stay. I cannot thank him enough, and it just showed what a extremely professional hotel this is! The food provided was a lovely breakfast with all the trimmings and the two chefs provided food of the highest quality, fast, efficient and delicious. I will forever be grateful to this hotel for tending to my every need 🙏
