We ate in the hotel dining room on two evenings. Compared to US pricing, we were amazed at how much excellent food and beverage could be had for the price of eating at McDonald's in the USA. The breakfast buffet provided many, many options to please anyone.

The booking information did NOT note that hand towels and face cloths were NOT included in the room rate. Fortunately, I met a room attendant in the hall outside our room who advised me of this fact and he contacted an associate to remedy the issue. He was delighted with my tip for his assistance. I hope he shared it with his associate.

This is a newly built hotel. Very clean & has good running water, comfortable beds & large dining area. It has a no plastic water bottle policy so filtered clean water stations are provided. The staff were attentive & polite . Communication in English was a little more tricky in the dining area than the front desk where it was excellent. The a la carte menu was pretty good with both local & western food available. You can order a pretty decent cappuccino from the menu.

My air conditioner sounded like a tornado ( fortunately I travel with ear plugs) but my friend’s aircon next door worked perfectly fine. The surrounding area is still being built up so a bit more of a trek to find a convenience store compared to when we stayed at the Aston on the Beachfront last year. The hotel was centrally located, easy access to restaurants, shopping mall [ ramayana, transmart, kfc, MacDonald, pharmacy and some other mini marts ] and about 10 minutes drive to the airport. We only stayed for over night transfer but be back again in our next family vacation. Love the pool layout at the 3rd floor which is now not open for public. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone that is planning to visit kupang and looking for affordable, clean and comfortable stay. Such a honour we had a chance to met the owner of Harper Kupang Mr. Abraham Paul Liyanto, what a humble and great man he was.

Nothing we dislike. Everything was good being a new hotel, the service will keep up with Aston Hotel one day.

The cleaning of the room should be a little bit improved as it's a high end hotel. Especially the bathroom and windows.

The staff at reception were really switched on and organised. Buffets were very good.

Unfortunately we stayed on the night Independece Day Celebrations were taking place and the live music was so loud the rooms were vibrating and continued non stop until 6.30am. Not a wink of sleep was had due to poor sound proofing.

Very helpful staff, comfortable, clean and convenient option for staying overnight on the way to Rote Island.

Noisy housekeeping in next rooms. Pool and fitness area closed quite early (around 6PM). Would be good to be able to use those facilities later in the evening, as the afternoons were very busy in those spaces.

The room is big and spotlessly clean. I.loved that they gave unlimited.drinking water to guests from coolers - no.plastic waste.

The restaurant only offers buffet breakfast. I just wanted coffee and fruit but I would have had to have.paid for a full.buffet breakfast - no a la.carte available. I was leaving early.so I ended up with no breakfast. The English of the staff is not very good.

Beds were very comfy!

It’s quite expensive to pay for an extra bed for EACH night! I booked a room for 2 adults and a child so it’s for 3 people. Yet they expected us to share a large double bed between the 3 of us. The extra bed should have just come free with the room.

Specious room, clean and nice. Clean swimming pool. Good hotel location, lots of caffes nearby. Nice view from the window. Staff brought us a cake because my daughter had a birthday ❤️ Good and delicious breakfast

Everything was good, nothing to complain about

Great room (upgraded as first one was obviously a smoking room), very comfortable, beautiful pool, great gym, convenient for airport, Grab only £1.20 to get downtown.
