Everything was perfect! The location is ideal—close to Aphrodite’s Rock and Kouklia, and just a short drive to Paphos. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, especially George at the reception. We were warmly welcomed with champagne and traditional Cyprus sweets (Kypion Rizes), which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast outstanding—truly one of the largest and most varied I’ve ever seen.

Honestly, nothing in particular—we stayed in the middle of summer, so some nights were quite warm, but that’s just the season, not the hotel.

Breakfast we only went one time due to the times being served, too early especially if you are on holiday you dont want to wake up early but the one time we did, it was excellent. Overall it was a nice relaxing holiday and make sure you visit the spa, its amazing!

I've been visiting this place since 2007, so it's clear I have a soft spot for it. One suggestion for improvement would be to remove the carpet from the corridors—it tends to retain a musty smell, especially with guests walking through with wet feet, which isn't the most hygienic. During our recent stay in Suite 1108 with the private pool, we also noticed a damp smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. A few updates could really elevate the overall experience.

Facilities were excellent - we were there on down season so a lot closed, but still lots available. High season must be very enjoyable Big area to roam around, lovely to explore. Really enjoyed the setting and views. Lots of restaurants and shops catering for everything. Hotel rooms were lovely and comfortable. All inclusive was generous, didn't include imported wine and beer, but cocktails all included. We only had to pay for room service, which we made an active decision to do. You could very comfortably stay within all inclusive ans not pay any extra without feeling like you're scrimping or missing out

The food in the all inclusive areas was a bit underwhelming, some of the ingredients seemed a bit low quality - would have expected much better fruit and vegetables etc. Jasmine was delicious though. We also struggled with kids food times as restaurants didn't open until 1pm lunch and 6.30pm dinner making it tricky for routines Also while most staff were very friendly and lovely, we had one or two bizarre interactions with some rude staff members. Water in the outdoor pools was arctic meaning we couldn't use the kids splash zone which was disappointing. Worth considering heating that as it's very shallow water These were all small things though that didn't detract from having a very lovely stay

This review is based on the fact we did go in low season and therefore not all the facilities were and dining choices were on offer. However, you have to take into account this is reflected in the price you pay. The advantage is the hotel was quiet and relaxing, making it a great choice for a winter sun holiday. I have stayed in villas on the resort before, this was my first time in the hotel. I love the fact there are coffee shops, restaurants, a wide range of sporting activities on offer. You are not just stuck in a hotel. I prefer this side of Paphos, I find it less touristy, yet you are still close to great beaches, the historic sites and Paphos centre. The hotel is impressive, super clean- all the time! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the level of service they offer is excellent. Everything was consistently excellent- what else can I say! We had a couple of small issues when we arrived at the hotel over the first day or so. However, I cannot fault the way the staff and in particular Maria handled it. She went above and beyond my expectations in how she rectified this. We can't thank her enough. She made our stay absolutely perfect. On my birthday she organised a beautiful surprise in our room and we enjoyed a fabulous meal in the Greek Tavern in the resort. We were visiting the island for the first time since my Dad died and Cyprus is a country that holds a lot of special memories for us as a family. I was keen to make sure my Mum had a comfortable and stress free trip. She is also disabled and again Maria was so thoughtful regarding our room selection and the staff really looked out for her while we were there. Aphrodite Hills was a perfect and beautiful place for our first return to the island without Dad. Thank-you so much and I apologise if I was a bit of a taskmaster when we arrived- this was the reason. Maria, you and the team helped us create new and wonderful memories.

When we arrived first couple of dinner services were slow- but again, staff/ management are great are noticing these things and rectifying them quickly. Brandy sour making needs some refinement : ) Gym is fine for a standard hotel of the same class. Given the focus on fitness and sports in the resort it could do with updating. Although, I prefer to run/ cycle outside in such a beautiful climate, sometimes you need some decent cardio machines, especially when it is too hot outside. The one working treadmill, was old and difficult to run on. Sauna temperature was very up and down which was disappointing.

An excellent destination for the winter Sun. From booking and organizing transportation from the airport, to the indoor pool and restaurant, everything is very efficiently (and easily for the guests) organized. The complex is also equipped with golf courses, but for those of us who don't play golf, there are plenty of places to walk through the well-kept and well-maintained plants. Although it is not directly next to the sea, the smell of the sea is constantly present. The sea can be reached by a 20-minute walk along well-maintained paths. At this time of the year, peace is everywhere and an ideal place to get away from noisy and polluted cities.

I made a reservation for this trip for my parents-in-laws as they love this hotel and it was already 3rd time for them. As a first time, they had a problem for a room upon their arrival at hotel however fortunately Mr. Lambrianou helps them to change a room what they are pleased. Sincere thanks once again to all who have helped.

It was a perfect vacation for my parents-in-laws except due to the room issue with a reception manager makes them to feel displeased on arrival at hotel. However, Mr. Lambrianou sent me a message that the issue get solved and my parents-in-laws confirmed me that they are pleased with new room.

We chose a Half-Board inclusive of Breakfast and Dinner as this area is isolated from hustle town away from Limassol and Pafos, Breakfast was provided with a similar type of food every morning which is a little boring. Yet, it was enthusiastic moments where all staff are kind and smile at the yearend and new year holiday seasons and the culmination of the stay at the hotel was an unforgettable December 31st night GALA invitation. No play golfing - no stay at the hotel. If you wish to stay there with family, it is highly recommended that you should play at least 1 round of golf play. PGA golf tournament venue which is an impressive and beautiful golf course in Cyprus.

Very beautiful surroundings, lots of places to admire, cozy, clean. Very friendly and not pretentious staff. Out of season was really empty, lots of privacy. Kids enjoyed the playing ground.

Sauna would love to be restored, we have been out of season, enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool which was the only one working, and used sauna to warm-up, which was not on the same level as all else. Food in the restaurant was really good, but not outstanding. During the weekend the breakfast had a buffet, but on weekdays you had to order everything, more variety would help. Many things out of season do not work or are under renovation, but for us it was not a problem for a couple of days.

Breakfast was a very comprehensive buffet style, with choice for every taste. The cooked breakfast items were only warm though, not hot! Excellent buffet for evening meal, with a huge variety of choice. Really liked the lounge bar area; the views; the sunset; the heated pool; fruit platter and wine in the room was appreciated.

The decor is looking a bit dated, especially the corridors and rooms (rusty marks on floor, very dirty bedroom window. Couldn't get the TV to work. My room was a very long walk from the lift; so recommend you ask if you need to consider achy knees!

The whole experience was simply perfect. The service is the thing that stood out the most, nothing was too much for any of the staff, the service here is exceptional and everyone is so friendly, and the general standard of service is definitely 5*. The hotel is extremely clean, and the pool area, the gym and spa areas are very good. The food choices and quality are very good. We spent more on this holiday than we would typically and left thinking that we had very good value for money, it was well worth it and probably the best complement I can give is that we can’t wait to come back next year. A holiday of a lifetime!
