We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms and the kids just loved it. We had an issue with the room (door lock) and the staff quickly resolved it by offering up an alternative room. While we were looking over the second room, the maintenance team had already been and fixed the issue. I was impressed by this. The snacks offered during the daytime in particular was excellent.

The room itself was pretty basic and the pools could have done with a clean.

Near the beach

They let people take pool chairs when they are not in the pool, example: the put their thing on the pool chair at 6:30-7:00 and leave the premises and come to use the pool only at 10:00 or later. The drinking water at the dining room has a bad taste.

Pool rooms are perfect for kids. The minute we got there, we asked to upgrade, and it was totally worth it! The dining room offers a variety of options for kids and adults, and the staff was very friendly. Snacks were available throughout the day, but the food was so good that we barely had any snacks other than the cold coffee at the pool bar - perfect! We enjoyed staying in the hotel almost the entire vacation because we had everything for a great vacation in the resort, the gift shop in the hotel offers some extra for the kids at an affordable price

When we checked in we got a regular room that was old and dirty, my daughter was bitten by a fire ant and the experience was bad, then we upgraded the room so we got the pool room and the room was decent. One night an dinner a huge cockroach was walking in the dining room, which was disgusting because as I showed it to the manager on site, his response was to kick him to the kitchen area.

The staff are extremely welcoming. Made you feel as if it's your own home. We went for all inclusive and the food was amazing, with different food selections every day. The views was amazing. The bonus was kids club, where our lil ones had an amazing time. There was a complimentary coach for the easter eve midnight, that took to the local church, where we got to see the easter tradition, following that we were offered complimentary easter traditional soup in the restaurant. Overall a 5 star experience.

Minor one, Outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi can be quite cold on some days. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was nice and warm.

Leonardo Cypria Bay: A Family Paradise with Great Value" We recently stayed at Leonardo Cypria Bay, and I can confidently say it's an excellent choice for families looking for an all-inclusive experience. The hotel truly shines when it comes to family-friendly amenities and activities. There's never a dull moment for kids, with plenty of organized activities and entertainment options throughout the day. One of the standout features is the dining experience. The all-inclusive package offers endless food options from morning till night, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in the family will find something they enjoy. The breakfast deserves special mention – it's absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international dishes. The staff here deserves high praise. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay particularly pleasant. From the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was consistently helpful and maintained a warm, welcoming atmosphere. For those interested in staying active during their vacation, the gym is well-equipped and maintained. The bar area is another highlight, offering an impressive selection of drinks and cocktails, all included in the all-inclusive package. A particularly nice touch is the free minibar in the room, which is quite generous and regularly restocked. While our overall experience was very positive, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve: - The outdoor pool, while beautiful, was quite cold during our October stay. A heating system would make it more enjoyable during the shoulder season. - The mattresses in our room showed signs of age and could use an upgrade to enhance sleeping comfort. - While the food quantity and variety are excellent, some dishes, particularly the meat options, could benefit from improved preparation to avoid being too dry.

Location-wise, it's worth noting that the hotel is situated quite far from Paphos port and the main city attractions. This wasn't an issue for us as we preferred the quieter location, but it's something to consider if you're planning to frequently visit the city center.

When greeted we received an upgrade which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had requested for a cot to be put into our room as we were arriving after midnight. This request was fulfilled. The breakfast and lunch options were great with lots of variety. The drink options were great without the need to upgrade to the premium package. We travelled with our 1 year old, and the kids area had lots for him. Easy access to the beach, the harbour was a 2km walk and was a nice walk along the coast into the harbour.

The hotel room door requires the door to be pulled closed, one day we returned to the room and the housekeeper had left our room open. Inside the door there is a retractor which blocked the wardrobe door from being fully opened and the drawers were inaccessible as a result. The mirror at the dressing table was hung high, if seating, you cannot see into the mirror.

Very nice location , you can walk all along the coast and see all the hotels around, the area is really nice. Hotel clean (room is cleaned daily) and friendly staff. The food was also good , many choices. They have mini disco for kids every evening plus activities during the day . We loved the lights show and the atmosfere was nice every evening in the lounge area. The indoor pool is nice and warm. I gave it 9 points instead of 10 just because there is no arranged beach in front of the hotel , you can only stay at the pool area. If you want to stay on the beach you have to go 2-3 minutes to the right in front of the other hotel .

Meals were good, fresh and safe. Bar is good, staff is friendly. Air con worked well. Staff were helpful. Easy to reach the airport. Hotel is next to the sea. Family friendly, with lot of children. Night concerts were solid. Balcony was nice.

The beach doesn't exsist. In front of the hotel it's not possible to enter the sea, there are cliffs. Walking 200m, there's a tiny rocky beach for some dozen of people in a time. Sand is only on the front - avoid if you want a real sandy beach. Cleaning the room was hectic, annoying that staff easily forgot to clean the room one day or the other. Our TV was broken and when we complained, nothing happened during our whole stay. Bathroom and furnitures are rusty - renovation would be needed. Rooms are not like in a 5 stars hotel...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – right by a seaside promenade that leads straight to the center of Paphos, with a bus stop nearby as well. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a sea-view room, and upon arrival, we were greeted with snacks and sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. Although the à la carte restaurants were still closed during our stay, the menu at the main restaurant was varied and offered plenty of choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. That said, it’s important to mention that this is very much a family-focused hotel. If you prefer a quiet atmosphere and aren’t fond of children’s entertainment, such as evening dance sessions in the lobby or a clown mingling with guests, this may not be the best fit for you.

Majority of staff were helpful most if the time, some friendlier than others. Food choice was plentiful, however we only stayed for 4 nights and think we would have got bored quite soon after. Nice facilities for young children, with a playground area as well as kids club. Evening entertainment also good, varied each night and started off with a kids Disco so the little ones didn't miss out. It is evident the hotel catered for kids and adults alike, offering wide selection of food choices and entertainment. I was wonderfully surprised when we checked out, that we were able to still have drinks and snacks whilst we waited in thr hotel area for our late afternoon flight.

Whilst there was great food choice, I felt we would have gotten bored after 5 days. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. On busy pool days, pool towels ran out. On the few occasions we interacted with staff on reception, they were not the most friendliest or knowledgeable.
