Best Part of Our Stay The standout highlight this time was the newly introduced quiet lounge—a serene, adults-only space featuring high-quality food, comfortable seating, and a peaceful atmosphere. It felt like a true escape within the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We also appreciated the new children’s playroom, which is available to guests who purchase the premium package add-on. It’s well-equipped, fun, and thoughtfully designed, giving both kids and parents some well-deserved downtime. Room and Service Quality The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, maintaining the high standards we remembered from our previous visit. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We especially appreciated the staff in the dining area—courteous, professional, and clearly proud of the recent changes. Dining Experience One of the biggest improvements since our last stay was the quality of meals and the dining room setup. The variety, freshness, and presentation of the food have all seen a noticeable upgrade, turning each meal into something we looked forward to. The atmosphere in the dining area was also calmer and more organized. Final Thoughts This hotel has truly taken guest feedback to heart and made meaningful upgrades. I stayed at this hotel with the all-inclusive option, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The food was varied and delicious – with plenty of choices at every meal. Drinks and snacks were always available, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The pool area was relaxing, and there were activities every day. I would definitely come back again!

We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms and the kids just loved it. We had an issue with the room (door lock) and the staff quickly resolved it by offering up an alternative room. While we were looking over the second room, the maintenance team had already been and fixed the issue. I was impressed by this. The snacks offered during the daytime in particular was excellent.

The room itself was pretty basic and the pools could have done with a clean.

Near the beach

They let people take pool chairs when they are not in the pool, example: the put their thing on the pool chair at 6:30-7:00 and leave the premises and come to use the pool only at 10:00 or later. The drinking water at the dining room has a bad taste.

The staff are extremely welcoming. Made you feel as if it's your own home. We went for all inclusive and the food was amazing, with different food selections every day. The views was amazing. The bonus was kids club, where our lil ones had an amazing time. There was a complimentary coach for the easter eve midnight, that took to the local church, where we got to see the easter tradition, following that we were offered complimentary easter traditional soup in the restaurant. Overall a 5 star experience.

Minor one, Outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi can be quite cold on some days. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was nice and warm.

Pool rooms are perfect for kids. The minute we got there, we asked to upgrade, and it was totally worth it! The dining room offers a variety of options for kids and adults, and the staff was very friendly. Snacks were available throughout the day, but the food was so good that we barely had any snacks other than the cold coffee at the pool bar - perfect! We enjoyed staying in the hotel almost the entire vacation because we had everything for a great vacation in the resort, the gift shop in the hotel offers some extra for the kids at an affordable price

When we checked in we got a regular room that was old and dirty, my daughter was bitten by a fire ant and the experience was bad, then we upgraded the room so we got the pool room and the room was decent. One night an dinner a huge cockroach was walking in the dining room, which was disgusting because as I showed it to the manager on site, his response was to kick him to the kitchen area.

For those interested in staying active during their vacation, the gym is well-equipped and maintained. The bar area is another highlight, offering an impressive selection of drinks and cocktails, all included in the all-inclusive package. A particularly nice touch is the free minibar in the room, which is quite generous and regularly restocked. When greeted we received an upgrade which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had requested for a cot to be put into our room as we were arriving after midnight. This request was fulfilled. The breakfast and lunch options were great with lots of variety. The drink options were great without the need to upgrade to the premium package. We travelled with our 1 year old, and the kids area had lots for him. Easy access to the beach, the harbour was a 2km walk and was a nice walk along the coast into the harbour.

The hotel room door requires the door to be pulled closed, one day we returned to the room and the housekeeper had left our room open. Inside the door there is a retractor which blocked the wardrobe door from being fully opened and the drawers were inaccessible as a result. The mirror at the dressing table was hung high, if seating, you cannot see into the mirror.

Excellent Family Stay at Leonardo Cypria Bay! Our recent family vacation at Leonardo Cypria Bay in Cyprus was absolutely wonderful! This hotel is perfectly suited for families with children, offering an abundance of activities to keep everyone entertained. The entire property was spotless, and the food was outstanding. There was always a great variety of delicious options available almost all day long, making it incredibly convenient. Our room was fantastic, featuring a spacious shower which was a big plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly kind to the kids. While we paid a fair price for our stay, we genuinely felt it offered excellent value for money. We highly recommend Leonardo Cypria Bay for an enjoyable and memorable family holiday!

There are plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and on the grass areas. However, some guests arrive very early to reserve loungers by placing their belongings on them. While there was still ample space further away from the main pool, it's a practice the hotel staff should ideally discourage.

Very nice location , you can walk all along the coast and see all the hotels around, the area is really nice. Hotel clean (room is cleaned daily) and friendly staff. The food was also good , many choices. They have mini disco for kids every evening plus activities during the day . We loved the lights show and the atmosfere was nice every evening in the lounge area. The indoor pool is nice and warm. I gave it 9 points instead of 10 just because there is no arranged beach in front of the hotel , you can only stay at the pool area. If you want to stay on the beach you have to go 2-3 minutes to the right in front of the other hotel .
