Firstly, the staff are all simply amazing, every single one. Couldn't praise them highly enough. They made my trip memorable, went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday very special. Thank you to you all! The view from the room is breathtaking, the food selection is just amazing, cleanliness, location is perfect. Really enjoyed my stay and I wish I could have stayed longer. Will be returning very soon!

The only one tiny thing I would recommend, is to adjust the toilet seat, so it closes gently but that's me nit-picking. Amazing hotel overall!

The room was supper clean and smell nice. The food was great and tasty. So many options to choose from.We are fasting and still have plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. The fiki Japanese fusion restaurant was the best Japanese food we ate so far! We book all inclusive so all day you have something to eat and drink. All the staff and the manager of the hotel was very polite helpful and professional from the moment we came to the hotel till we left! Definitely we will book again!

The hairdryer in the room the handle was getting hot in 5' while using it and you couldn't hold it. It took me 1 hour to dry my hair. (I have long hair)

I had a fantastic stay at Louis Imperial Beach. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right by the sea. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the water. The staff were amazing — always friendly, polite, and ready to help. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at every meal. The pool area and beach access made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. It’s a great place for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. I would definitely come back!

Food was beautiful with a selection of food in-between meals. The staff very friendly and were all very helpful. The indoor pool was great as our little one has grown up in Cyprus so the outdoor pool is still too cold in April for him. So it meant we could still swim. Location was lovely for a bit of a wander to the centre of Paphos. It was nice enough for a couple of days

The hotel has had a refurb at some point and although it's fresh, it felt dated in places. If like us you have more than two devices take a extension cable as there were only two sockets. The Aircon wasn't great and we spent the first night restless and very hot and the subsequent night at an ok but warm temperature. Some areas of the hotel felt grubby compared to pictures (which have all been taken at good angles) The Fire alarm went off at 5 am one morning and the whole hotel started to make their way downstairs, there was no update, reassurance or explanation from staff it was left to other holidaymakers to tell us that it was a false alarm and to return to our rooms. Entertainment was lacking, however still out of season

The staff are outstanding. Everyone did their very best to be friendly and helpful and succeeded with distinction. Needs were anticipated and personal preferences remembered. Our room was serviced perfectly every day down to the last detail. (not something you can rely on these days). The service around the pool was exceptional with regular visits throughout the day. The best thing for me was that there are two great pools separated by part of the building in such a way that one can be silent. And it is!! I could read all day without being disturbed by music. Bliss! ( If you like music and games there is plenty going on in and around the other pool !! ) Nearly forgot ; the food was really great. Loads of choice and all really well cooked and presented.

Staff and facilities were amazing, it’s great that there is a family friendly and adult pool separated by one of the hotel wings. It’s really well thought out. Food was excellent and the staff couldn’t do any more for us, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Air conditioning could be cooler in the rooms, but it was incredibly hot during our stay.

Location was great facilities were great. Tennis courts were fab and had the best pedicure here ever.

Beds too hard pillows too hard and guests put towels out on sun beds so early and then don’t use them till hours later

We had a great short stay and will happily return for a longer holiday. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable with a nice sea view, food was tasty and there was good choice of it.

The offer of soft drinks could be improved - there were no 100% juices, only drinks with sweeteners.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the beach next to it. The view from the room is stunning. The staff is lovely and helpful. I celebrated my birthday and throughout the day I received attention and treats such as champagne and fruit in the room and a celebration at dinner. One of us is sensitive to gluten and the kitchen staff helped, guided what we could and could not eat and even prepared special food at every meal.

The air conditioner in the room was noisy

All staff were exceptionally good and very friendly. The girl servicing the sunbeds was really quick, efficient and very personable. They were all a credit to Louis Hotels. The restaurant was very well run and the food was good. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.

I couldn't get the aircon to work so nights where hot and uncomfortable. I would have liked tablecloths in the restaurant but then that would have made it more difficult for the staff.
