We spent 10 days at the hotel and had a great time. The staff was fantastic (very friendly and helpful), the food choice (breakfast, dinner) was excellent. The entertainment was nice, even though it was a bit repetitive after some time. Good indoor pool (not busy in the morning and evening) and nice outdoor pool area. We were in December, enjoyed the sunny weather and there was no problem to get the sunbed, even though the hotel was full.

The cleaning could be improved (floors, balcony, indoor pool area, corridor carpets) and it's time to renovate the gym equipment. The noise from the bar made us change the rooms - it would be manageable if it closed at 11 pm (during xmas season it was open 11:30 pm EVERY DAY). Water for dinner should be included in the price, it's hilarious that it's free for breakfast and it's available 24/7 at the lobby but then at the dinner you suddenly need to pay 2€ per bottle. And finally, as many have mentioned, the sandy beach picture is definitely not from this hotel, so it's clearly misleading.

the food was excellent - both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and always well cleaned. Even though it was a busy period, it did not feel overcorwded.

swimming in the sea was a bit tricky and there wasnt much sand in the area of this hotel. no other complaints really

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful in all areas, always willing to provide the best possible customer service. Plentiful entertainment for adults as well as for children, the variety of breakfast was very good, lovely decorated outdoor area. Our family felt welcome and will visit the hotel again.

Pool maintenance was not always great, sometimes the water was dull A lot of kids at the jacuzzi area of both indoor and outdoor pools were screaming and spiling water on other customers and out of the pool and as a result two people slipped off while walking around the pool. Lifeguards must be more attentive.

The rooms' seaview was very nice. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and everything was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the easy access to the boardwalk for running, gym and inside pool (the outdoor pools were too cold for me in March). Good public transport connections to nearby attractions as well as the airport. Good wi-fi!

The interior was a little bit too 80s. The hotel would benefit from a design facelift.

The service was really nice and the room was also spacious, the food was very tasty, but only through one of the people who pass by the entrance should keep their opinions to themselves because your employee says to me "Here the stingy Jews have come again" is not so pleasant.

This is my second time to visit this hotel. The manager, and all her team gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. The same goes to the rest of all the staff who helped us whenever we needed them. The room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was galore and way above our eating level. We used all pools but the Adults Only pool was our fav. We had the facility of using different restaurants such as A La Carte or Buffet so we were spoilt for choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening the entertainment was the cherry on the cake and again we did have to choose where to go to enjoy our evening. The hotel has so much going on all day long. Well I am sure that my family and I will visit again.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful location right on the beach. Huge lawn with plenty of chairs, beautiful pools and 2 water slides. Heated indoor pool was nice in the winter. Right on the beautiful walking path that goes all the way into the main part of town and the castle. Great staff, wonderful breakfast.

No A/C from Oct to April so the rooms got stuffy at night and we couldn't leave our balcony open at night due to being on the first floor. They provided a fan though which helped.

Very nice setting with lots of loungers round the pool and in the gardens, and an excellent walkway along the coast into the port 20 mins away and a good bus service right outside. A jetty enables you to swim in the sea. Excellent gym and spa facility. Superb spread and choice at breakfast.

On arrival we decided to take the half-board option that was offered but found that it was mis-represented and offered poor choice and poor value for money so no real advantage. Also you had to book the 'specialist' restaurants in advance even though thy looked pretty empty. in fairness, the hotel listened to our complaint and swiftly refunded. Fortunately we found several good restaurants very close by.

Fantastic family holiday. We actually lived in Cyprus for nine years so so this was us returning as tourists. It's a wonderful hotel. Everything in the right place. If holidaying in Cyprus then this stretch of coast up to the harbour is perfect. Beyond that and it's not so great, which is mainly why we left. The island is one big building site. The locals are struggling to survive (financially) and it shows, which is a real shame. But hey, this hotel and strip is lovely.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, and also accessible by taxi from Paphos airport. The stuff is very welcoming and always helpful. The room was spacious, cleaned whenever requested. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, well maintained, lifeguards are available . The spa is very good as well, though a bit expensive. There is a mini market inside the hotel, selling water, swimming accessories, souvenirs and other small items, very useful and the price is also fair. The beach is just around the corner. Also very kid friendly with kids playground and swimming pool. I would specially mention the stuffs at the restaurant Devi, Sanjeev, Bhatt & other chefs and Agni & Amisha in minimarket, and nirmala in reception - thank you guys , you made our holidays very comfortable.

Only thing we did not like : In 2-3 occasions, some food item in the restaurant was stale.
