The whole team is especially welcoming. They were super helpful and accommodating and flexible. They have a varied kids menu and kids club.

The kids club is only free to older kids and parents are not allowed to stay with younger kids. So unless you’re willing to leave toddlers with total stangers for 35 euro per hour, they are not allowed to play with the toys or use the art materials. Would be great to have a shaded outdoor playground. Even a simple one for kids to play when they are not in the pool (which also has zero shade).

The resort is an excellent spot for relaxing and weekend getaways, it has all the facilities you need and even more. It is closed to the beach and hiking spots. It has restaurants, spa and church, The food is bombastic, excellent breakfast and dinner. Totally recommend it if you have the money to enjoy the facilities they offer, the prices are pretty high, but the hotel is luxury 5 star. The pools are big , and they have sports and tennis courts which you can use. The room is big with 1 shower and one bath and has everything. Totally mesmerizing, I’ve really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms we stayed in are beautiful as are the two pools. We stayed in the new building which has the newly refurbished rooms. We loved how peaceful it is and how friendly the staff is and how happy they are to accomodate any request.

Mostly we had a great time, if we want to be picky, we can say the food was average. They have a central kitchen that dispatches the same foods to different restaurants (which are all beautiful by the way). All the food felt like it was prepared in advance and the ingredients used in sandwiches like cheese and bread felt low quality, processed food. The kids club is great, but is only free to access for older children. For the younger kids it only offers a baby sitting service, so younger kids have nothing to do outside of the pool. The hotel could benefit from a slide and swings in the shade for kids to play. And it would be great if the kids club could be used by younger kids with parent supervision.

Very helpful staff who made a great deal of effort to assist you. Plenty of towels and sun beds available without the drama of most resort hotels. Breakfast was great..lots of variety and generally high standard. Good choice of restaurants but not quite up to Riviera standards. Several good restaurants available in the village 2 kms away worth trying ..but also basic local shops nearby to hotel . Excellent spa treatments..my wife said she had the best facial ever at the spa. Good kids club. Thank you so much for an excellent stay..and I do not give compliments easily ! Bedrooms slightly small configuration but excellent bathroom layouts and air conditioning.Good housekeeping services. Overall , the hotel is well designed with attractive features and some beautiful views .

The large pool which was best suited to children was designated the “quiet pool” whilst the deeper pool which had only a small section for kids 1.20cms or below to stand in,was supposed to be the “kids pool”. Very quiet hotel with little evening entertainment. Lunch menu was fine with some delicious salad options and kids menu, but dinner was priced a little high. Beach is a stoney affair but decent water sports menu . When completely full on the weekend , service levels suffered a little.

Spacious rooms for families, clean and practical with essence of luxury. Many options gor breakfast to dayisfy all members of the family combining buffet are one the minute options. Facilities and pools satisfied both the kids and us with the option for the kids club to be an excellent choice sometimes.

Food to the pool bars and drinks are too expensive. So when there is an option for all inclusive to be the best option. An example is €6 for a fredo and 15eur for 3 chicken figures with fries. The beach is rocky but otherwise is fine

The Columbia Hotel really does a have a unique charm of its own. My family and I really enjoyed staying in the Eagle's Nest. It was quite and calm, which is what we were looking for after spending a week in Limassol, which can get loud and overwhelming. We absolutely loved all the friendliness of the staff, the vast amenities and the delicious food. Definitely recommend the Kids Club for the children. The wide array of restaurants makes you not want to leave the resort and if you decide to eat out, there are some amazing options in the town which is literally 5-10 minutes away. I recommend Two grapes if you are looking for a good restaurant. The best part of this hotel has to be the staff... nothing is ever too much for them. They are very attentive, helpful, friendly and they go the extra mile. It was nice to have that kind of service after having a terrible experience prior in another hotel in Limassol. These people understand customer service and satisfaction. Thank you so much Columbia for being so awesome!

One thing I would recommend would be the overall furniture needs an upgrade. I am aware that the Columbia Resort has a specific, and unique charm that borrows from a cottage, old vibe, but I still feel you can achieve that look with a little more modernity. The furniture is just old and dated. Also, the beds are not that comfortable. I actually left Columbia with a severe backache and needed to get my lower back massaged heavily at my next stop. Sorry guys! :) Other than that, it was a great place and I would definitely visit again.

This is our second visit & it has been another fabulous stay. We were celebrating a special anniversary. We booked a junior suite & received a complimentary upgrade to an absolutely fabulous room with panoramic views. The suite exceeded our expectations, so spacious & comfortable, we were blown away. When we thought things couldn't get better, we received a complimentary bottle of prosecco. We used the indoor pool, sauna & steam room, which was so relaxing. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening, it was an international buffet & plenty of choice. The breakfast was excellent, a buffet selection & you can order from a great selection of hot breakfast, from your table. As well as ordering any coffee of your choice. Every member of staff we interacted with from our arrival to when we checked out were all very welcoming, attentive & made sure our requests were dealt with promptly. The hotel grounds & pool are stunning, with its own little chapel & the sea a stones throw away. Loved every minute of our stay.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The room was exactly as described, with a stunning view overlooking the pool. We couldn’t have been happier with every detail. Both pools were simply fantastic, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The service was impeccable, and the food was nothing short of top-class—every meal was a delight! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

The only small downside was that the coffee wasn’t quite to my liking—but to be fair, I’m a bit of a coffee snob! That’s just a personal preference, though, and it didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience.

Tranquil, calm, beautiful hotel in the Mediterranean style. Cozy in winter and relaxing in summer. It is a beautiful bay with crystal blue water. Stunning trees all around. delicious cuisine in all restaurants, and excellent cocktails. Comfortable and large pools. And of course the Spa.

The room was listed as "with sea view" but right under the window there was a huge roof of the first floor and only then you can have the sea view. The room has two bedrooms and a living room, and for some reason, part of the wall is missing in the main bedroom - there is just a niche/hole where our child happily climbed in. And if part of the family is watching TV, the sound is not cut off. You won't be able to have privacy with your husband in a room like this. =(

We fell in love with the resort! The suite was excellent, the view was magnificent, the pools were always at the right temperature, the staff was very lovely and always ready to help (while looking stunning). My kids loved the kids club and actually wanted to go and stay there with the staff even if they didn't understand them (my kids don't speak English). We were surrounded by trees and nature in general, it was quiet and relaxing at all times. It was really extraordinary!

The only thing that I can consider as a disadvantage on my behalf is that almost everything costs money. The food (other than the breakfast and the complimentary welcome drink), the drinks, the spa, the kids club for my 3.5 child (apparently kids below 4 pay for their time in the kids club), lunch and dinner in the resort restaurants. I consider it a disadvantage because we came from an all inclusive resort where the experience was the opposite. But, on the other hand it was all worth it. The drinks were top notch, the food was first class, and it just felt worth the cost.
