Great location, super friendly staff, fabulous pool area and well kept grounds. Our apartment was clean and our beds made daily Breakfast was plentiful buffet style with a generous 3 hour slot Bar prices very reasonable 30 minutes from Limassol

A minor niggle - no washing up liquid in the kitchen which was quite large for just a kettle and fridge There was no other means of cooking which was fine but confusing as pots and pans in the cupboard Also struggled for hot water on second morning

Missing knobs on the cupboards in the bedroom was fixed quickly by a handyman. Very tasty breakfast, well prepared food. The garden is stunning and we love the beautiful pavillion. The apartment had a balcony upstairs and a patio downstairs. Excellent! We have been here many times and look forward to come back.

Let the reseptionist inform guests that they can get different types of equipment on request as listed in the description on booking.com. A hob, washing up liquid, beachtowels, toaster, iron, hair dryer.... You have a lot. Promote it better!

Great staff, who were very helpful. Very clean room. Swimming pool was lovely and clean, plenty of sun beds . Bar and restaurant was ideal .. we only booked B and B , but when we go back in August we will upgrade to all inclusive for some of the time as the food was delicious (and plenty of it)

Our only criticism would be that if you are only staying self catering , it would have been nice to have had a small hob to cook on , or a microwave, saying that the food at the restaurant was very reasonable.

Great place to stay. It is in an ideal location about 0.5km from the sea, but with amazing views of the Cyprus country side and Troodos mountains. The gardens are beautifully kept and very pleasant on the eye. Everybody I have spoken to loves the place, although I would imagine it’s not for teenagers as the Hylatio is a little remote and not a lot goes on in the Pissouri Beach area. That said, the Hylatio does put on evening events about 3 to 4 nights a week and the bar stays open until 1am. There are some great restaurants nearby. Food at the Hylatio is very good and the staff are really pleasant and helpful.

Everyone, staff and guests we so friendly. Mainly over 50's which we loved. Studio flat was really comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV which would have made our stay exceptional. We don't stay out late in evenings so would have been lovely to watch a film or something.

No TV in accommodation. You should state this fact in information. One of the pictures showed a TV so we assumed there would be one in all rooms.

Beautiful hotel, stuff was friendly and kind. In a room was all what you need, very clean. Breakfast was nice.

WiFi not really good! And accomadation not really good. Beach is 10 min by walk but it is rock Beach. If you have want to stay in hotel all holidays that's a perfect place big clean sweeming pool, food and everything is Nice, but if you want to go somewear you need a car. Paphos 25 min by car.

Great location, quiet, clean air, beautiful views, sea is close, we stayed in late April and didn't need the air conditioning,the hotel has its unique character

The safe is for extra charge We didn't use the air conditioner but according to the description, it is for the extra charge as well The roundish door handlers to the apartment are uncomfortable for an adult man to open, for a child it is almost impossible to open the door

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great buffet food with an option to chose A La Carte. You can add on all inclusive for €25 each day for a minimum of 3 days if wanted which was a perfect option for me and my family, when the fridge stopped working they gave us an older working one temporarily over the weekend and then bought a brand new one on the monday.

If you are close to the bar area when there is entertainment on, it can be very loud up until around 11pm this may be an issue with small children.

Flory the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Always had a sun bed easily with more stacked up. Pool was gorgeous. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Room quite dated and opposite bar which meant noise until 12pm. Breakfast ok for price but had much better
