A spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. The pool was amazing and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. This is a great place for families who want to get away from the crowds

The property was clean, if a little tired, but comfortable enough. AC was great, and the pool was a nice size, clean and warm. Nice location, short walk too beach and restaurants. Close to Pathos airport and town, planes not frequent and didn't disturb us. All in all, a quiet location, apart from.....

Next door obviously lives there and has yappy dogs, which hadn't been mentioned in any reviews as I would have found elsewhere, but then as a resort I'm not sure the reviews were for Villa 4 only?. Not so bad during the day, but not welcome at 6 and 7 in the morning if you are a light sleeper, and their run was right outside my daughters bedroom, every morning. Double bed needs looking at, squeaked even when turning over. I personally wouldn't book again, only because of the dogs as I have neighbours with yappy dogs so have an aversion to them. Maybe one of the other villa's would be far enough away.

Good size rooms, air con in each room. Good showers and warm water. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun loungers. Friendly staff and nice environment all round. Very close to local restaurants and pubs, lovely little inviting place. Free WiFi & Air Con are the 2 bonuses.

Nothing bad really. Would be good to have a little amount of cleaning products just for the stay, to keep the place clean. Although on the second day, a cleaner did come in and cleaned which was good and unexpected.

Clean, all the necessary amenities in a quiet and peaceful location. Resort is a 5 minute walk from the town center which has some nice restaurants. Would recommend a (rental) car. It's not even a 10 minute drive from the Paphos airport to the accommodation. Big supermarket (Alphamega) which is opened from 5:30 to 22:00 is also very close, not even a 3 minute drive. Gym is reasonably equipped. As seemingly every other place in Cyprus, resort has its own little cat population. Not at all a problem for us as we're animal-people and have our own cat, but we've seen other guests unhappy with how affectionate and bold they are. Host is professional, approachable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Cyprus.

Pretty minor, but the shower takes long to warm up (even with the "booster" active) and the mattress was pretty hard. There was a little ant-invasion in the kitchen but only on certain parts of the counter so we just kept our stuff in other cabinets which were plentiful.

The location, is really close to the airport. Set in lovely surroundings. Just a short stroll to the local village. The pool area is nice and relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas (and plenty available). Apartments are well equipped & have AC. I would highly recommend using the spa for a treatment. I would also recommend hiring a car if you like to get out and about.

If I have to pick something The apartment I stayed in this time (M7) had a very small shower, however, this is being picky. Other times I’ve stayed they have been average size.

Great way to stay in Mandria. Clean accomodation, great staff, pool area silent and relaxing, the host Peter was absolutely amazing.

Sun beds could be renewed, were a bit outdated.

The location was great. It's under 15 mins from the airport and the car rental place. Aphrodite's Rock was a favorite for us and it was a short drive away. The staff was amazing. Peter gave us a list of attractions and restaurants nearby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. One of the days they came to clean, I left some money on the table and it was there, trustworthy workers.

Nothing bothered us at all. If I could improve on anything, stronger wifi in the main bedroom as it sometimes did not work there. But, we have no complaints

It's such a beautiful place. We had a very nice two bedroom apartment. The staff were nice and helpful, especially Peter, who took care of everything as if we were his VIP guests. The apartment was fully equipped very clean with a great terras. The location is great near the airport. 15 -20 minutes from central Paphos. Most of the time, the place is very quiet. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is very nice. We didn't have a comfortable bed, and the linens and balnkets should be cleaner. That was the only thing that needed improvement. Otherwise, the place is perfect, almost pradice.

There were lot\s of room! Also nice big pools that we couldn't\t use because it's cold in February :) But they looked nice tho! Rooms were cleaned once a week i guess and everything worked as it should Checkin and out was super easy and service was good. Good place if you have a rental car so you can drive easily wherever you want.

Gym was outdated and very worn down and quite hard to find. TV remote was not working and the TV it self lacked any smart features (couldn't connect remote source to stream there etc.. - TV's today cost so little that it would be good upgrade - specially for families staying there because at some time of the day you do want to just sit down and relax)

Very spacious apartment. We loved our lemon tree on the terrace. The swimming pool was cold but very clean. Close to Paphos and to the local pubs and restaurants. The market is only 5 min in the car. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We did receive a very warm welcome and all our questions were answered. Great advice was given regarding places worth seeing and where to eat. Great place for families with kids.

The property needs some love. Fairy used but still ok. There was a hole in the window in the living room. No cleaning products in the kitchen. The gym and equipment are not great. Rusty, dirty and used.
