- The appartment is big enough, all the rooms big and very comfortable - The bathroom is good and clean - The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need - Air-conditioners are working great - There is private parking insid ethe complex, just outside of the building - The pool is big, clean and confortable - The locations is great - just a few minutes from the beach, supermarkets and restaurands, also the bus stop is just in front of the complex.

- I would just add microwave, because it's helping to warm up food faster, but since you have oven, kettle and hot-plate, also all the cooking equipment available, it's absolutely not a problem without.

We were 2 mature ladies looking for a relaxing holiday near the sea with a Greek atmosphere and a good swimming pool Kotzias Beach Apartments were perfect. Everyone was so kind and friendly with good restaurants and 2 mini markets within a short walk. We swam in the lovely pool every day and often had the pool to ourselvesThe loungers around the pool offered a great place to read a book or get a coffee from the cafe. A 5 minute walk took us to the sea . The apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony overlooking the garden was lovely for al fresco lunches gin and tonics or just drying your towels etc. There was a washing machine available but we did not need it. Evros was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Half an hour from Pathos airport you will find this gem.A great holday and great value for money!

Nothing.! Taxis were easily available but we had a relative to take us to places of interest

The apartment was clean and functional, albeit a little dated. Ideally situated close to local shops, restaurants and beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean & well looked after. Lovely place to stay for a quiet, relaxing holiday 🫶

There's not much to complain about, really. The beds could do with new mattresses, as we found them to be hard and a bit lumpy. And a couple of maintenance issues, the sliding door sticks and doesn't slide easily. The bedroom conditioning unit needs to be fixed. All minor issues that would be easy to fix, but would not stop us from staying there again 😎

The most important thing for us was to be right on the sea. The place met our expectations. It’s a holiday apartment in a vacation complex located right on the beach, just a three-minute walk from Pissouri’s pleasant shore. The location is perfect, with a wonderful pool. There’s air conditioning and clean linens. We stayed in a comfortable apartment on the second floor; it didn’t have a view, but we spent all our time at the beach or at the pool anyway. The apartment has a shared space with a kitchenette, dining area, and comfortable sofas, a wrap-around balcony, and two bedrooms. There are spacious closets for storing belongings. The air conditioning worked very well (there was a heat wave while we were in Pissouri). The beachfront location is perfect and close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and everything you need — we didn’t move the car once. There’s also adjacent parking.

Very clean, comfortable, great facilities and with everything you need for a really enjoyable stay and a great base to explore everything Pissouri and Cyprus has to offer, whether that’s days out to the mountains or a day on the beach. Location is incredible with a 2 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants & cafes on the doorstep - make sure you check out Coast Brasserie, it’s new and the quality of food is incredible. Very good value for money and really helpful and friendly staff - so easy to check in and excellent communication. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we’ll sure to be back if in the area!

The apartment was modern, but still had the perfect atmosphere to represent a vacation in Cyprus: cozy and exotic. It felt clean and was spacious, which was very much appreciated. The location was also perfect, close by the restaurants and the beach, as well as the cool swimming pool. Overall, we were very enthusiastic about this property.

There were just a few things missing about the property. First things first, there were not al lot of pans and cooking utensils, which was manageable, but definetly an improvement point. There was not a fire distinguisher and the light were sometimes flickering. All small factors.

The location is really good. Right by the beach. Several restaurants in easy walking distance. Close to the village. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Lovely swimming pool with snack bar selling breakfast and lunch and cold beer! Helpful friendly staff. Only stayed 2 nights but would have liked to stay longer.

The apartment is a bit dated but that didnt bother us at all. If you wanted to self cater, it is very well equipped (full gas oven, fridge, toaster, kettle)

The apartment is close to the beach and nice coastal hiking trails in a small, quiet village, but still close enough to the freeway to explore Cyprus from there. The apartment is airy - lots of space; the price was terrific (low) for what it offers. There were also free parking lots within the apartment complex (not on the street). The windows had good blinds in addition to curtains, darkening the room during the night. It was also reasonably quiet. In the apartment, there were 2(!) adapters for EU-electric sockets. The apartment has a fully functional kitchen area, and an extra faucet for drinking water! The apartment complex has a lovely pool area, but for me it was too cold to swim (in mid-April); but I could see people enjoying it at other times. Overall, for that price, the location, the size, and the amenities of the apartment, all critical points mentioned below are trivial!

The style of the apartment is like that of the 60s (furniture etc.); the sofa in the living room was comfortable but seemed greasy (could use a washable couch cover), and if you moved the furniture (nightstands) a bit, there were dust buns behind it. People who like a clean look might be put off by this.

We returned to Kotzias Beach Apartments for a second stay and were once again pleased with its charm. The rooms are dated but clean and well-kept, offering fantastic value. The location is close to various restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it a perfect base for a relaxing holiday. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the warm, welcoming atmosphere

I honestly didn't find much to dislike. For the price, it was excellent value. The rooms are a little dated, but they are very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. It really exceeded my expectations considering the price, and I have no complaints at all!

I liked the easy layout of the ground floor apartment. I loved the location in the centre, close to the mini markets for little bits for the kids, close to the restaurants. There was a lot of trees surrounding the pool area that gave shade at parts of the day for the kids. The snack bar was shaded and cool surrounded by trees so the heat isn’t too intense.

No ramp up to the pool so had to carry the pram and get 3 kids up there. Was only a dozen or so steps but a ramp would be helpful.
