This is the best hotel in terms of the quality of rooms with the best and modern bathroom. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location even though far away from center of the city, is very quiet.

I was charged more than what is quoted as final price. They also charged me extra for breakfast which was included in my room itself. There is the problem in the hot water in the bathroom as due to big jacuzzi and bathtub, the geyser water is not sufficient to provide constant hot water during shower. The breakfast has very limited and in fact the worst choice as compared to the price they are charging.

Modern, well decorated hotel in Darjeeling. Most hotels in this town are nowhere near as nice as this one! Likely one of the most luxurious hotels in the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room comes with a very good TV which you can watch Netflix on. The room has a balcony giving you a great view of the town. The room comes with a Jacuzzi but the pluming struggles to supply it. There is a nice tea room on the top floor where you can try local teas in a beautiful atmosphere.

The hotel is a 20minute walk from the heart of Darjeeling, and some taxis struggle to find the location. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The geyser takes a long time to heat enough water. The ventillation in the room is not very good so odours from the bathroom permeate the room. The staff don't have any recommendations for local tour guides.

The property was beautiful and well situated. The staff were kind and caring.

It’s not that there were issues that we didn’t like about the property. However, there are a couple of factors that could be taken into consideration, if they want to receive western visitors. 1 - Although a small convector heater and blankets are provided, the rooms are very cold. They cannot increase the electricity output as the infrastructure is not able to support an increase. Therefore, an additional or alternative heating source needs to be considered. This is not just the case for this hotel. 2 - The breakfast food was lovely. However, rather than serving everyone everything. It would be better to give visitors options and ask them what they want. I don’t have a big appetite and by asking they would save money on food.

Staff were very friendly however we kept having to ask for things, eg toilet paper, asked 3 times, coffee not refilled in room staff could of been a bit more attentive at breakfast, again having to keep asking for things, didn’t even get served a hot drink. food at night was nice but didn’t bring food altogether eg - bright rice then 20 mins later brought the chicken so only had food once at hotel

Location was but away from the town center.

We liked everything about this property..equipped with great amenities and excellent service, location is little away from the mall road. Reaching mall road isn't a problem, but returning back to the hotel wasn't a pleasant experience either.

House Keeping needs improvement. Considering the location, which is little away from the Mall Road, if the hotel have some provision for shuttle service or similar kind of arrangements with reasonable charges, would certainly add to its attraction. Overall experience was very good.

Well positioned great facilities! The view from the balcony is mind blowing ! On a lucky day you can see a clear view of Kanchanjungha ! What else you need

The breakfast is too repetitive and it don’t have basic things and they don’t include deserts ! Even after requesting many times they weren’t added ! In dining menu is super super expensive! Like a Dum aloo is 276 + tax ! Which is a looting price

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting darjeeling, it near to the main shopping hub and nearby to all attractions around as well as the view from our room was mesmerising, the name lives up to it and the view of the summit from the summit is just wonderful.

The beds were too soft than a normal bedding, otherwise all good.

The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The views were lovely. Bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We appreciate the electric blankets! The pakodas we had on room service were excellent!

The restaurant food could be better - the buffet was lukewarm and the staff appeared to be very inexperienced.
