The house is beautiful and the outdoor area has wonderful views. The room was large and beautiful. The house is keeping the same vintage architecture and decoration. Flavio was an amazing host. He was always trying to help, and he played the piano, so for us, he was giving soul and peace to the environment. We are so happy and grateful to Flavio without him we think our booking probably won't be the same. We can't forget Ludwing, the dog, who was always waiting for us. The room was very clean, the shower had wonderful views, and the windows have mosquito net. Do not leave the windows open without the net if you don't want to wake up full of mosquito bites. Thanks that we have a celling fan. Do not worry if you forgot the mosquito repellent, Flavio will provide you with a good one. The house has private access, and it's only 10 minutes driving to Chioggia. A beautiful charming town, we decided to avoid the crowded Venezia, we enjoyed so much our decision.

The place was better than we expected. The room was clean, we had everything we needed plus cafe und tea machine. The owner was very nice and always available. Breakfast was better than a normal italian one. The host asked us what would we like to eat for breakfast and she prepared a good one for us.

We were there for a short time and we have no complains.

The accommodation is located in a peaceful area, close to nature and scenic fields. The breakfast is delicious with many options, and the host family, along with Ludwig (the dog), are just lovely. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

It was quiet, green, close to Chioggia but still in nature. The host was very friendly, and our stay very well organized.

Very beautigul garden, friendly hosts, chill place. If you want to hang out with the hosts then that's what you can do, otherwise they respectfully leave you alone, which is what i liked a lot 😊
