This was a great place to stay. Tania, the host, is a warm and sassy young Italian woman with a great customer focus and boundless energy. She was very welcoming and made our stay special - she even gave me birthday candles -how lovely is that? The room itself was on the first floor. It was very comfortable and clean and full of thoughtful little touches - all artistically arranged but in a restrained and appealing way. The breakfast was outstanding - very varied with all fresh and local products - as much as you wanted - including cakes and biscuits from mamma and nonna! The location was great for us. We were quickly able to access all the facilities of the lovely little town of Chioggia -just 100 metres from the Corso Populo. The code access system to the property was really practical all round.

Really, nothing at all. We really enjoyed our time at this B and B and definitely hope to return.

Highly recommended! Tanja is super responsive, very much caring about her guests. Quiet and clean location, all you need in Chioggia is in easy walking distance. Also possible to use for some days as home office location.

Tania is the most welcoming host we could imagine. The breakfast was smaller but full of home made and local options. The rooms were tidy and cozy.

Tanya our host was exceptional. Her pre arrival communication was terrific and her beautiful Casa Perla was a very comfortable and homely stay.

great b&b. beautifully decorated with wonderful hosts. breakfast was exceptional and location was perfect. easy parking across the way and within easy walking distance to the restaurants and canals. I would change nothing!

Good location not far off from the main tourist attractions.

Parking on the island is difficult so plan ahead. Not the hotel’s fault per se but would have been helpful to have more parking guides.
