We missed the automated check-in machine when entering the building, probably due to being tired of the trip, but the attendant promptly helped us with check-in. There was beer and pizza available for fair prices, which was a very welcome feature for our tired family when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel decoration was finance themed, which was a fun experience. Accomodations were confortabla and we were able to rest well.

The hotel offers parking (for a fee), but it's a low clearance garage of 1.7 meters, which we ended up avoiding and leaving the car on a nearby street parking. While this went fine for us, I think that it could have been a worse surprise for some folks.

A really great, stylish, effective hotel, with comfortable, modern, new, design rooms, comfortable bed. Reception staff are very kind and helpful, also for extra wishes. I was even offered a breakfast for free. Wifi is very good. There are two elevators, fast and spacious. Check-In is fast and uncomplicated, check-out not necessary, as you just get a code for your room. There's a bus stop just outside the hotel, which is very convenient, taking you downtown in 5 - 10 minutes. Overall very good value for money.

Everything was excellent. A tea kettle in the room would have topped it.

Never I have anything wrong with this location hotel

I had a brilliant nights sleep and sometimes, that's all that matters. The pillows are fantastic, I wish I had one. Really soft, really comforting and that's what I needed. It was an hours walk from the Old Town, so I never ventured far, I was there for work but it was ideal.

It was a bit more expensive that I would wish to pay for it. And also the fact that the bar/cafe is operating at limited times made things more difficult. Would be better may be to have a kettle in the rooms to make your own how water for tea or coffee.

Nice hotel, reasonable prices.

The scheme with the parking is not organized well. To park you have to get a code at the reception, but to get to the reception you have to park somewhere. Which creates a close loop and is very inconvenient

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and they were able to store our luggage while we explored Frankfurt. We chose this property as it was across the street from our rental van office.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and good breakfast times

Lack of food if any at night and when there was it was a poor selection. Lack of bar staff on in bar - hotel was very quiet so it seemed only one member of staff was present to do all jobs in booking in/bar/reception/food etc

Room is small which is ok.

However a fridge and a locker could be helpful. Breakfast was good however a better choice of bread could have been good
