The staff was really helpful, great service. Our room is large with a comfy kingsize bed. The breakfast has a large variety of dishes ranging from western to Indonesian. A small but nice swimming pool, when we lay down for a few minutes one of the staff handed us a large towel. Overall, great experience and very clean.

Although the rooms are non smoking, you could smell in our bathroom that of one the guests is smoking and you could smell it in our bathroom. Not alot, but still. Furthermore the room is not soundproof you could hear the traffic, we stayed on the 8th floor.

An old but very comfortable hotel. Large rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. I needed to print some documents and they were so helpful. Very big variety at breakfast. Both Western and Indonesian options. All good and served with a smile. Delicious fruit. Coffee not very good. We had dinner there twice. Good food and fair prices. However a long wait on both occasions for the food

This is a great hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Restaurant served high quality food at a very reasonable price. Nice little deli/supermarket across the road. Fairly close to everything - harbour, shops, etc.

Karaoke music pumps out downstairs/next door (?) on a weekend. We specifically asked for a quiet, non-smoking room and were put up on the 9th floor. Far enough away from the music to have a peaceful night. Not a big issue, and everything else was excellent.

Complete room facilities, bathtub available. Every day the room is cleaned and given 2 bottles of drinking water. Breakfast is varied, there are yellow rice, lamian noodles, tinutuan porridge, pancakes/waffles, egg station, sausages & potatoes, chicken porridge, green bean/black sticky rice porridge, rice & Indonesian dishes which are different every day, salads, bread, cakes, cereals and drinks. Near the hotel there are ATMs, klapertart shops, KFC, convenience stores, karaoke places, Muslim food stalls and seafood restaurants that can be reached on foot. There is also a tour guide booth in the hotel lobby.

AC took some time to cool down. The shower water also took some time to get hot. I got room number 507 facing the karaoke place. I woke up several times at 02.00 in the morning because of the music from the karaoke place. The music stops around 05.00 in the morning. For light sleepers, you should ask for a room on the top floor or facing the other way.

Everyone was very friendly. The facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool. room was comfortable. food in the restaurant was Excellent especially the buffet. Who would definitely stay here again while transiting to Bunaken Island?

I slight odour of cigarettes in the hallways and the room even though we’re on a non-smoking floor.

The staff were exceptional with their service and care in accommodating our large family group of 10 people; 2 children, 2 teachers, 4 adults and a senior citizen. Three generations of our family travelling to return to our ancestral home of Sulawesi. They also helped organise our day tour to Bunaken, and all airport transfers.

Rooms at the front facing the road can get noisy due to a nightclub opposite. Always insist on a room at the back if you want a peaceful night sleep

The service was great, the food in the restaurant tasty, they have a gym and a large pool, nice view of the city and a reliable driver. In the evenings there's live music in the lobby, which was amazing!

The windows cannot be opened. It would be nice to be able to adjust the air conditioner by myself. It is only possible to ask at reception to deactivate it completely.

The restaurant can't follow the high level of rest of of the hotel infrastructure, whether in atmosphere nor in quality of food.

This hotel is just good. The service is up to standard, the facilities are also very okay, certainly if you take into consideration that Manado is not one of the most booming cities in Indonesia. We felt very comfortable and were professionally serviced by the staff. There are some seafood restaurants nearby (at a minute walk) in the street among them at least 1 also can be highly recommended. We had licking fingers over there twice, and although the scenery and entertainment is more at Boulevard 2, for your lunch at least eat here close to the hotel. You absolutely won’t be disappointed!

Actuality, we had nothing to complain. This place is just good value for money.
