Our room was nice and clean. Close to the airport. The staff were awesome. They opened the door for us as soon as they saw us outside and after check in, one of the staff carried our suitcase to our room . The AC was great! They offered a free shuttle to or from the airport. I was excited for the breakfast, unfortunately we have to check out early and rushed out because we have an early trip to Bohol that is supposedly at 8am but it was changed at six in the morning. While we were checking out the front desk informed me that my shirt was inside out, which was really nice of her and I greatly appreciated it for telling me.

Stayed for one night only and it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy, the AC worked, there was a fridge in the room, breakfast was a buffet and hot, and the staff were the friendliest people I have met yet in the Philippines. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The room is a bit small, but you can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was right next to reception so we did hear all of the staff's walkie-talkies going off throughout the night but we just turned up our noise machine to drown it out.

the rooms were in the basement. you have to go downstairs using the stairs...no elevator...as a senior with knee pain, it is hard to go up & down the stairs....but the staff were so nice that they carry our luggages up & down to our rooms. The twin bed room is small....& I don.t like the room they gave me because one bed is directly facing the main door

Transport provided by the hotel was great, only 10-15 min to the airport. They even waited the extra 3 hours our flight was delayed. Breakfast in the morning was good. The rooms are a bit small for an extended stay but perfect for one or two nights near the airport. There was no elevator to the second floor, only stairs but the staff can carry your luggage for you.

I GAVE CREDIT TO THE MANAGER THE WAY SHE HANDLE MY SITUATION. I DID NOT KNOW THEY WILL PUT ME IN THE BASEMENT , A ROOM WITHOUT A WINDOW IT UPSETS ME AT FIRST THEN THE STAFF SUGGESTED A 3 rd FLOOR ROOM AND THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR. I INSIST TO BE PUT IN THE GROUND FLOOR. INSTEAD OF ROOM WITH 2 BEDS THE MANAGER OFFERED 2 ROOM WITH 1 QUEEN BED , SO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA, OR ELSE I WILL MOVE SOMEWHERE.

The room was spotless and modern. The hotel staff in the evening when we checked in was very nice!! The best thing us there is a free shuttle to the airport. And it was on time and efficient in the morning.

A little noisy at night from the hallways and staff speaking loudly. The lady at the front desk at the check out was not very warm.

Lovely and accadating staff. Great location. We found out in the hotel that my husband passed his board exam. Great pick up/drop off service to the airport.

The walls in the rooms are not soundproof. Having a toddler who loves to shout, i kinda feel sorry for the other rooms. Would be better with elevator. Lovely bfast though it was a little late on our check out day, bfast served @ almost 7am

Close to the airport and they picked us up for free. The room was very clean, with aircon. Very good option if you want to be close to the airport.

maybe it was because we were close to the reception, but it was a bit loud (you could hear everything from our room). Still, we managed to sleep good.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They organised my pick up at the airport and drop off a few days later and were very accommodating by letting me store my luggage after my check out for 3-4 hours until I had to leave for my flight. The room was very clean and and the bed was super comfortable. The shower worked perfectly and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. I highly recommend anybody to stay here and I will be doing so again when I return to the Philippines.

The staff was very good, they were friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The food was also very good.

The vault in the room didn't work, despite several attempts to fix and even to replace the vault.
