Staff, food, service was perfect.

Parking was 20 BGN per night.

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas. 5 minutes to walk. The sea is wavey but lifeguards always on the top. It was our second holiday there. It's not a Cote d'Azure it's Bulgaria but if You understand it You'll have a nice holiday. We want to come back.

The hotel was very nice. At the bar the guys are cool (Dimitar and Vihren). The view is beautifull from the room.

We've got an amazing and really spacious room. Everything was great!

The hotel is located 50 m from the beach. It has indoor and outdoor kids-play space. The hotel's swimming pool is large, with clean water, there is also a slide for children. The food concept "all inclusive" system was OK, multiple local and Mediterranean main courses, barbeque home-made in front of you, daily a cream soup and a soup, non-stop ice cream, sweets and fruits at your discretion, snacks at the pool, pizza & nudgets & hamburger at the pool, ...overall, VERY GOOD FOOD AND ENOUGH with taste! The staff (waitress) was OK, the receptionist Nadya tried to guide us and give us the best information, she was very skilled and nice! The rooms are large, clean, LED TV with programs of any nationality, mini-fridge, matrimonial double bed for 2 adults and a child, a large corner sofa where even an older child can sleep. Parking was free, on the street, 150 m from the hotel, places rented from municipality by the hotel. You can also park near the hotel but its not free, your car can be picked up from any parking space in case of non-payment. The sea water was clean, without algae, there is a large sandy-beach with free umbrellas area zone and 35 Leva/beach-chair, many beach bar with OK prices, showers, etc. The city is very very beautiful, it even has an AquaPark where tourists staying in this hotel benefit big discounts! There is a promenade area by the sea without shops, very pleasant for a slow walk or run in the evening. In the center there are many taverns, souvenirs, traveling artists, free concerts every evening, amusement park. We like very much Primorsko!!!

I DIDN'T LIKE, that I was extra-charged at the reception for 1 -extra child that was included in the start-reservation price. According to the hotel's policy, "any child is welcome" regardless of age, not at this hotel, which lets you stay, and when the stay is the most beautiful, then they charge you extra! I traveled with 2 adults, 1 child (under 1 year) and 1 child (9 years old). The reservation was made for 2+1, the price offered by Booking and Hotel was 2 adults + 1 child, but the reception (Manager) charged me for +1 extra-child! Our friends with whom we traveled, same 2 adults + 2 children, their reservation was also made for 2 adults and 1 child (the second child was under 1 year old like ours) and they were NOT were charged extra for 1 child, having the same price and the same double room with balcony and sofa as ours, offered through by Booking, the reservations made at the same time and many months in advance, together! After I was forced to pay the amount related to an extra child, when I tried to discuss, to ask for clarifications, to find out why I was charged extra for 1 small child, the hotel manager was no longer present, he was not found throughout our stay, they say that he has a lot of work, and tourists to accommodate. So, in conclusion: I LIKE THE HOTEL, but be careful what you check in Booking because you risk being charged extra by the hotel at your destination even if your price is for 2+1!
