The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Nothing. If I must have a negative, I will say that if the transportation service is provided to the guest, I would suggest that the hotel can at least provide twice a day for the guests for the convenience.

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

Good breakfast and hotel service was amazing .Staff very welcome, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, huge, clean and quiet. Convenient to walk to Chunxi Road about 30 min walk and easy to take taxi. Thank you to Andy Chin. He given us a lot of information about famous spots. Thank you to A.M.Hasnain, Jerry,Sky and the lady who clean my room every day. We had a great time as guest at THE RITZ-CARLTON .We will definitely come back again.

Housekeeping are very resourceful.

I have to wait to check in for a very long time because only 1 staff is checking guests in while the other lady staff was supposedly working on cash exchanging. It was already 21:30, there was not many guests. Should staffed enough to service guests. The last day, the porter was very slow in coming to pick up luggage & didn't bring the trolley. We have to help to bring our bags to floor 25 & then floor 1.

Exceptional service across the board. We stayed in a top floor corner suite and were treated like royalty for ~$430AUD a night. Absolutely worth every penny & in a tier of its own. The Ritz Carlton Chengdu is an outstanding bargain for luxury hotels and much cheaper than other ritz locations. Make sure to book a club room and attend all the meals you can. Ask for a souvenir room key if you want one.

The time in ritz Carlton startet with the warmest welcome I’ve got from Jessy - Fan Ting, she understood give me the feeling i arrive in a circle of good people, gave me the right information what i needed and over this interesting things that made my stay unique.

The Launch - once more, poor selection of cheese. Not the attention what it should have. No laundry - just pressing included - 2 per day.

Lovely hotel, good pricing for a Ritz. Located in the center of town, 10 minute walk to MTR. The team was kind enough to give us a low cost upgrade and set up a children's tent in the room; however the one thing missing was a kids playroom. Good breakfast and a memorable stay in Chengdu.

Being the Ritz, it met all the expectation … design, decor, art works, service; I love the sense of space … I was Upgraded to the Ritz Carlton Suite by the front office staff - Robert Li from my suite booking. I appreciate his efforts and gestures.

The left sink didn’t work well in water discharge ; initially the expresso machine was not connected properly. But then the second issue was resolved.

very smooth check in. I was pleasantly greeted by Hotel Manager Miss Fann , she managed the on spot luggage instructions with the team promptly as two of my colleagues were into a meeting on arrival and they had to go to their rooms with a lag of 30 minutes, luggage transferred to all three separate rooms dot on time , very happy to see hotel manager active engagement with guests and leading from front

hotel has beautiful river view , I think a more relaxing chair / seat can be placed in room towards the river view side

Great hotel with fantastic food (try the evening buffet) and very kind and thoughtful staff. We had a small issue with our room, which can always happen, but manager on duties Michelle fixed it with top professionalism, precision and eye for detail. Thanks a lot, team !
