everything ! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable panda-themed hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. One of the coolest features was the robot that delivered food right to your door when you ordered through an app (similar to Uber Eats , grab). It made the stay even more enjoyable. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Love it to the max!

Great hotel! Highly recommend. Very good price quality ratio. Great room, very spacious, nicely decorated. Staff were very kind and helpful. Special mention to Eric & Sue and their team at reception and Hugo at the hotel restaurant. Eric went above and beyond to help us plan our destinations each day. Hotel is very conveniently situated and offers a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good and offered large choice of food with some local specialties. Very much enjoyed staying there.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, equipped and clean. The staff at the counter was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was rich and varied (and they even packed us a take away before our flight). The hotel was perfectly located in the city center. We would love to come again!

Location is very central, and moving around with DiDi is a breeze. A lady supervisor went out of her way to escort me to a bank nearby to exchange currency, That is service beyond expectations

Nothing to dislike, except maybe a nice restaurant in the hotel would be good.

The hotel is beautiful, new and finely decorated! They upgraded our bedroom as well and we had a beautiful view on Tianfu square. Breakfast was delicious, high quality and staff was extremely nice 🤗🤗 Really enjoyed our stay and kinda wanted to stay more .

Only thing I didn’t like was the entrance located in the back of the building but it’s not important

The Canopy hotel is in a great central location. The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant also has good view on Chengdu city. It was very easy to park and go and leave the parking garage.

For cleaning the rooms, we found that the rooms at around 17:00 still weren't cleaned (especially at the end of the hallway, cleaning was done in a linear way). Maybe change the linear process into leavers/stayers fashion.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice view on all rooms as located start from 25th floor and above.

The lobby is located at the back of the building, and some of the taxi/didi drivers are unable to reach us at the lobby.

Excellent location, very central, convenient, and easy to walk around to explore the city. Rooms were great - clean, spacious, comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us many useful tips about getting around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay

Exceptional concierge named Abel. He arranged everything from theatre tickets, transport, panda research centre ticketing and other sightseeing interests and best time to visit. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable.

- Heard some weird noises a few times throughout the night, every night. Could not figure out what it was but sounded like an issue with the building itself. - Did not like the reception not being on the ground floor, inconvenient to switch between two different lifts.
