Here a really good location. We travel by car, the parking place have a hotel and also have a few parking place in a underground parking (3 minutes for a walk). Nice and comfortable room. and a big area on the first floor for cooking and eating if you want. The lake view is't here, because hotel in the middle of other hotels. Mountain view is here. The photo on booking lakeview is not a true (if for you is really impotent this). In a room you found a HAPPY BOOK (for us is really good name for this) - where is a really all info, distination, price, recommend, all thing to make you stay interesting and comfortable!!! Here a lot of fashion shops, supermarket and good restaurants. Good for addicts of bicycles, walking, and of cause photografie.

Our rooms were a decent size and comfortable. The guest house is reasonably well located although not in the centre of town. There is a terrace outside with seating (and a swing) where guests can eat and relax.

There is no reception desk and the check in is contactless. We didn't have any problem checking in but there wouldn't have been anybody immediately available to help us if we had done. It also consequently lacked the warmth of other places we stayed - overall, it had a hostel feel but 4 star prices. Also, parking outside is very limited (3 spaces I think) and it was a 5 minute walk to the public car park (although at least that was free). It was fine but I felt overpriced for what it is.

Very clean and tidy! Comfortable bed. Cute little river runs just outside the room which gave our stay a nice atmosphere fitting to Austria. Perfect walking distance to center.

No ventilation in bathroom - got very humid so nothing would have dried if we wouldnt have kept the window open for hours. Bathroom smelt like old smoke. As none smokers you will always smell it, even if renovated. No pen as you are asked to sign by hand a paper. So the online form doesn't really make up for that.

We really loved Mondsee for its quaintness and lack of big crowds. The apartment is ideally located where you can walk to just about anywhere in the city very easily. The room was spacious and clean an the the staff were very attentive and quick to respond to questions. The bed was comfortable and bath spacious. An external balcony with table/chairs was very nice. There is parking on-site but we opted to use the free parking a few blocks away.

The apartment came with a lot of amenities for cooking and a Nespresso coffee maker. I would like to see them leave enough pods for your stay rather than have to purchase them from a vending machine on the first floor. If you face the street, it is quite noisy since it's one of the 2 major thoroughfares entering/exiting the village. Other than that no major issues.

Basically, all was excellent, the cleanliness, organisation, customer service, constant help, informational material provided in the room, and last but not least the amazing view of the mountains!! 🙂 I will surely recommend this accomodation since I can guarantee full satisfaction.

Parking spaces in front of the house was a bit limited. However, the management is very flexible and still did his best to reserve a parking spot in a underground garage nearby. Thanks a lot!

The overall space is quite nice - there are vending machines with lots of options, a kitchen, and a nice patio. The bed was comfortable and the sauna in the bathroom was great!

Our room was quite hot and there was no fan. The room we had was right by the street so there was a bit of outside noise, but nothing too bad.

Right next to a small river, smart self check in, spacious and modern, amenities were beyond useful, they even provide umbrellas. Right in the heart of the center only few minutes walk, you actually would be amused by the design. Absolutely would love to go back to accommodation, I strongly recommend this hotel

Room was beautiful. Home from home. Staff not based on site but communication quick via bookings.com or phone. Very well organised. Beautiful lake down the road well worth the visit . More of a sleepy town as we were travelling thru so used this as a base for a few days and was perfect

Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, fireplace made it extra cozy. Instant dishes in the snack machine were a great idea as we checked-in late after a long drive. Big praise for the Staff - everyone was kind and helpful and answered our questions immediately. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised to get this many facilities for such a great price! Definitelly recommended.

No elevator. It was hard to get the luggage up and down, especially that we were a big family with many pieces of luggage
