The Ebner's Waldhof am See Resort & Spal has very spacious family rooms. The spa area, especially the heated pool, is magnificent. You can come to lunch in a terry robe straight from the spa area. I really liked the food - a large variety of tasty and healthy food - you can even make your own smoothie from apples, carrots, sellerei and ginger. For dinner, you can choose from several menus, including vegetarian cuisine. Dinner dishes are served and decorated at the level of Michelin 5 stars. Every day the hotel has a new plan of events. The hotel is run by a family, their care and attention are present in every corner of the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful place and renovated old villas united in a wonderful space with many interesting designed corners! Just a “Five stars” SPA zone with a choice of saunas , relaxing places and just perfect pools! Open air pool is really great! Maybe the best winter open pools in this location!

The main surprise was the poor service and strange taste of dinner dishes which were in half- board menu…( of course sudjective option) Reception works slowly. But all these complaints are compensated by the atmosphere, location and all facilities! Breakfast was perfect with wide choice of everything we like in 🇦🇹!

Quiet resort near lake, good breakfast and dinner, with lots of choice. We get maisonette suite that have separate bed room and living room with large TV on desk, perfectly fits all our needs

The resort is like a maze, three different houses connected at different levels, you have to find your way through different levels and corridors and sometimes you just get lost

The hotel is excellent!! Great for adults and children. The pools area, the room, the whole hotel!! We took the hotel boat in the lake which was very relaxing. There is a children outside area with bikes, horses, alpacas, trampoline, omega, soccer and much more. We had so much fun and will definitely come back.

Room was a bit dark.

I was greeted at the door by the most friendliest doorman, welcoming me by my name and said…from now on you are going to relax and just enjoy, and that is exactly what happened!!!! The buildings are so well kept, everything was the highest quality. The beds were very comfortable and I had an amazing view overlooking the turquoise colored lake and the mountains!!! I felt as if I was staying in a film set, it was almost unreal… the beauty was just breathtaking!!!! The food was absolutely delicious, there was a salat buffet but also we could choose each morning from the menu , what we wanted to be served for our evening meal. The service was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast and lunch was also delicious and the children had also a variety of choose if they didn’t want anything from the menu. The wellness area was amazing!!! So relaxing. The swimming pools outside are heated. I always felt I had so much space in the grounds, it was never crowded, even though I was there at the beginning of the high season!!! My room was prepared every day with great care. I really felt as if I had arrived in paradise. I left feeling relaxed and deeply grateful!!!

I have no complaints at all. I will definitely return…in fact I will make or a tradition from now on to visit here once a year!!!

Excellent food and restaurant service. clean rooms and professional services with very friendly and nice staff. . Very good wellness. Private beach near the leak and variety of sport equipment.

The view and staff was 5 star

The kids meal and didn’t have enough choice. And pasta and tomato sauce pretty much everyday.

beds too soft lockable bike storage would have been worth considering, we had expensive electric bikes and locking them in the garage didn't seem sufficient I would consider limiting the age of children to under 10 years old; some areas including restaurants were often disturbed by children crying or screaming; alternativelly I would consider areas with separate access

Just wonderful, amazing room, staff, facilities and food. If you want to experience the best of Austrian hospitality look no further. Loved the setting too, wonderful lake swimming in summer.
