The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel was in a central location close to the lake and main square. Tina was so friendly and did everything she could to make my stay a memorable one. I loved the little touch of the hotel leaving a note and some earplugs when there was a DJ night in the main square. It was also handy having the private jetty to swim from and also a bar.

I can’t really criticise anything but sometimes having a single room in a hotel means you don’t always get the best view. Just a small thing, it wouid have been nice to have the option of a fresh orange juice at breakfast rather than the machine one.

The is in a very nice place for biking trip or just exploring the area. The room was okay in size. The breakfast was also good for a few days, there were even hot options. The parking is as convinient as it can be.

The bathroom had a fully see-through glass door facing the toilet. I'm with my partner for a few years now, but I think you still should have the option to be private in the bathroom.

Excellent authentic interior, comfortable beds, balcony in every room, clean and spacious rooms. A small playground. Run by a family through generations. Outdoor pool with saunas and a tea room. Delicious breakfast. Close to the city centre, beach and fairy’s stop.

Restaurant could work bit faster and smoother.

The room was great and spotless clean, matress very confortable, the view was great and breakfast excellent.

This does not have to do with the stay in the hotel, which was excellent. The only negative thing for us was the price from the restaurant, we paid for two basic (and not tasty) soups and two espresso almost 20 EUR.

5 stars for the location in the middle of Salzkammergut area, ideal for taking a bike tour around the lakes without having to use the car (e-bike rental place nearby). Beautiful, calm and tranquil green surrounding, orderly garden, spotless clean room, delicious breakfast served on the sonnige Terrasse, etc. But for me, above all the comfort and convenience - it was the human part. The owners and coworkers were not only polite and friendly, but super flexible with all our requests, true professionalism at a master level. Thank you ALL for this exceptional stay, we will visit again! A+++

Great hotel that's close to the lake. Sauna and steam room are great to relax in the evening. The pool is lovely and the rooms are cozy and comfy. Food served was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't think of much to fault it.

Very nice location. Perfect base to visit the region, specially if you plan to take the boats. Parking was available at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good, with adequate options for all tastes. Staff was very kind and had nice tips to visit the area. There is also a nice garden, spa and pool area.

The bed was making some noises. No blackout blinds, at least in my room. Other than that, no issues at all.

Centrally located within Strobl with own parking lot. The apartment/ suite was excellent and comfortably slept 6 people. Lovely breakfast buffet. Nice little swimming pool. Calm and restful atmosphere in the restaurant and bar areas.

The Personal staff in the Restaurant could be a little friendlier.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was quiet, room amenities were sufficient.

Breakfast was very expensive, which is why we chose to eat elsewhere.
