The hotel and the rooms are very pretty and of high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price and is very tasty and has large variety of different fresh pastries, cheese and hams. The rooms does not have air conditioning but the staff are very professional and put a powerful fan in the room. The balcony is also a big bonus with a direct view of the lake. A great wellness and spa center 7 minutes drive from there

The mattress and pillow were a bit flat but we enjoyed them as well.

If you are travelling by bike, you should message ahead to reserve a space in their small storage room. We didn't and had to leave our valuable touring e-bikes outside on the street. This is not good enough for an expensive hotel in a world famous cycling destination.

Right in the centre of village/ fab location Our room overlooked the main square and church ( which is very old and stunning inside) Good room Public parking is really easy and safe 200 yards away ( open air parking seemed better and cheaper than covered public parking)

Room was very hot ( fan was provided) and there can be lorry delivery noise early in the morning ( earplugs provided)

The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. There's a terrace on the corner of the main square and two small restaurants. Rooms are well finished. Whilst food is good in the restaurant and breakfast is self serve(apart from egg related and drinks) there are lots of coffee cake places and goo water front restaurants within a few minutes. Try the garden one which is new or the traditional one close by. The hotel is well sited for the boats on the lake. Yes I'd stay again.

A long spell of hot weather meant corridors felt hot. That went for all locations not just this hotel.

Warm welcome, friendly hard working staff, breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of the town, great location. No parking on site but a public carpark is a few minutes walk away, you can unload your luggage outside the hotel quite easily. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

Location, breakfast, comfortable bed. Restaurants, cafes, shops, boat dock, Bahn all within a short walk. Didn’t need to use our car at all.

No kettle, but could get hot water from bar and there was a fridge in room for milk so wasn’t a problem.

Right in the heart of the nice&and attractive town. One of the Weisser's ( Hircsh /dear, Rössely/Horse and bear. Evertything was wonderfull, including workers. I will definetally recommend this place for my friends

The location was brilliant and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the Wolfgangsee area.

The best place to spend your holiday. Very kind and helpful employees. Very clean. We would gladly like to come back as soon as possible and book the same room. We recomend the hotel.
