It was excellent!!!! So ample and delicious.

The front desk person could have been more accurate about information regarding sights. For instance you can book tickets ahead online for cog railway (we spent 40min waiting because we were told you don’t book ahead). They didn’t know that the saltmines don’t let you book ahead currently - we were having a problem booking online. But they did call and figure it out eventually. They said it took 10 minutes to walk to the ferry when it takes 15 for an average speed person. We had to run to catch it and almost missed it! Otherwise they were very nice and friendly.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The hotel facilities and environment were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the complimentary parking, which was a huge convenience. Additionally, the option to rent hotel bicycles was a wonderful amenity that we greatly appreciated. Regarding the hotel breakfast, it was fairly standard and offered a semi-buffet style. One of the waitress in the restaurant was particularly impressive. She was extremely enthusiastic, diligent, and attentive, providing excellent service. Our children took a particular liking to her.

We booked two rooms during our stay. The first room had a balcony and was spacious, but unfortunately, it did not have air conditioning. Given the hot weather, this was quite uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a fan, but it did not fully alleviate the heat. Additionally, the curtains in the room were a bit old and did not quite match the room's color scheme. On the upside, the minibar was complimentary for the first use, which was a welcome surprise. The second room we booked did not have a lake view but did have air conditioning, which made a world of difference in terms of comfort. The price difference between the two rooms was significant, making the air-conditioned room a great value for money. We highly recommend this option.

Beautiful place. It's situated in quiet place right on the shore of the Wolfgangsee. We liked to walk to and from St. Wolfgang on the foothpath by the lake. Our Junior Suite had nice terrace and view to the lake. Bed was very comfortable. We also liked the way the how the breakfast was served.

It would be fine if the hotel and the whole property was 100% smoke free. We like fresh air and every early morning we had to breathe the smell of cigarettes from someone smoking in the other room / terrace.

The place has an old, yet rich feel. Dark wood floors, a huge room with a bed, bath and a beautiful room view to the lake. The breakfast was the best I've had in Austria, and the staff was very accommodating. We've also had dinner to celebrate our anniversary, and the dinner was amazing! Beautiful presentation and taste. The place has a beach bar and a private beach, although when we stayed the lake temp was a bit cold to swim. I would come again!

It is a bit far to walk from the village, but about 3 minutes drive. The parking in the village itself costs a few euros.

The best view you can imagine on the wolfsgang sea and the mountains. Breakfast is special in the way it's served. The team is very friendly and you get a family feeling. The hotel manager even helped me the change in my rental car the language from Hungarian to English.

The day of checking out.

We booked a few days holiday in the top studio room and were blown away by the incredible view. From our balcony, we had a breathtaking panorama of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The spa was clean and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat. The breakfast served was superb, offering a variety of delicious options. We also highly recommend trying the dinner at the hotel restaurant; the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

I spent much time at the balcony of my room which exhibited a spectacular lake view. The staff are warm and helpful. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the city centre. But this location provides the peaceful and quiet environment. And the breakfast was excellent.

Half of the floor of my room was covered by a cloth. However, its margins were not fixed. Sometimes we were almost stumbled. That's why I could not give it a "10".

Wonderful surroundings, cosy accommodation, stunning lake views. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We recieved a warm welcome on arrival, thanks to Bernadett. I must mention that Barbara was a great help to me, she made breakfast a pleasure in spite of my many food allergies. Thank you, ladies.

The baredom and unkindness of male waiters does not suit this wonderful place.

Wonderful place. Nice and friendly staff. The location and the restaurant itself deserve special attention, the food is very tasty, the views are beautiful. They not only charge money for staying with dogs, but also provide a special kit for dogs. The bathroom has fragrant bath amenities. We liked the spa and relaxation area, everything was done with high quality and taste. We will definitely come again❤️
