Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Dinners were great.

One lady was very rude to us and treated us like a child, when our dog peed in front of the hotel. She could have told us nicer to go in front of the hotel area with our dog. We did not feel welcomed from that moment on. In the beginning we got like a 4 pages booklet that we had to read with the rules regarding what to not do with our dog at their accommodation area. I felt like that was too much. We were on holidays and not at school to read some 4 pages material. Could have been told kindly some things at the reception the first day. In the room is some pipe on which you have hangers and it suppose to be your closet - this is very inappropriate.

An amazing place! We got a lovely room, wonderful breakfast with many different options that the staff was able to adjust to our needs, got to hang out with the alpacas and enjoy the Friday burger-afternoon in the yard. They have scooters for rent at a very good price, and the location is great- close to st. Wolfgang but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it's a short walking distance from a nice (but crowded) beach at the lake.

We could have used a fan for the heat (not that it wasn't really bad), and some toiletries would be nice.

The room was a very good size with a nice big sofa. Had a small balcony with lovely view over the mountains. Breakfast was very nice and generous. Staff are very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much for them Our room and the hotel in general were very clean We had a fun afternoon feeding the Alpacas kept at the hotel On Friday night we had burger night with our whole family - meat/veggie burgers were very nice and tasty. Service as usual, excellent. The only disappointment was that we had to move inside because it started to rain! Access to the lake is only a 10 minute walk to another hotel which is part of the same group and facilities can be shared. We were able to do lovely walks around the area.

There were some flies around but I guess it maybe because of the animals but that can't be helped. There is no lift at the hotel. We were able to carry our luggage up the 1st floor but I think we would have struggled to go up to the 2nd floor. Everyday use of the stairs is no problem. It's only on arrival and departure!

Very clean rooms, nice staff with good english speakers, big bed, good breakfast. Free coffee and tea all day.

Wi-fi is very poor in the room. The windows don't have fly nets, so wasps and mosquitoes came in all the time. The shower is very small and the hot water is sometimes randomly changed to hand-warm. The house is close to a noisy route, so the traffic is loud in the evenings.

A nice family style hotel in a picturesque location, with kind and helpful staff and nice and clean rooms. Breakfasts were very good, from fresh and homemade ingredients. We enjoyed our stay very much. And of course the lamas! Very cute and we even got to pet one :-)

Maybe include air fresheners at the toilets :-) The wooden floor is making weird and squeaky noises without anyone walking around during the night as the temperature changes, we thought something is walking there the first night :-)

The staff is amazing. Went out of their way to help with eveything. The hotel is great for chilldren. Has a washing machine. Wonderful rich breakfast and a good option for dinner. The location is perfect and comfortable. We loved the stay and highly recommend.

No air-condition. It was very hot when we arrived . Robert the owner went out of his way to find a fan for us.

Gorgeous surroundings, lovely staff, really nice food at hotel, very clean. I stayed in the dome and loved it (just be aware the bathroom and toilet are in the main building steps away)!

The sun was a bit intense in the dome (due to transparent top) in the morning. also be aware that the lake and facilities are down the street (lovely beach access) but it’s about a 10 min walk.

We spent here 3 nights. The view from the room was amazing, the air is very fresh. The lake is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel which is nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. There are outdoor activities available (hiking, biking, kayak etc.).

Very nice design,great personnel, well thought through facilities - a lot of stuff which can be rented, booked, etc. Nice touch that extra diaper bin was provided to us knowing we’re travelling with a kid. Free big parking is also a plus.

Laminated floors are super noisy if you’re traveling with a dog. Shower is small and looks already dated compared to everything else.

Proximity to the main road that leads to St. Wolfgang and the noise of cars. Fischzeit (restaurant) being closed half the week (Monday to Wednesday).
