The location is wonderful ! The wild track can be repeated at least twice a day. You enjoy the various of animals everywhere. Not only the coats in front of the entrance. You will discover on your own.The staff in Gasthof is extremely friendly and kind. The restaurant can fulfill any demanding eaters as well 🫠 Anna, most probably chef at that time we were there, at the end of July, was fantastic ! Also the ladies, waitresses, a curly lady and a blond lady both such a nice attitude. I am a fan of you, it was not my first staying and not the lsst one ! Well done guys 👌

A refrigerator was extremely missing in the roomj

The location is positioned exactly as in the image. It is like a oasis in the middle of natural park. - The breakfast is amazing with great quality products - The staff is was amazing, very gentle and they provided us with tips of where to visit and what - The room was spacious and with a direct view on the elms - The parking is spacious and has enough place for everyone - Dinner was good with local ingredients and a good variety - The desserts were out of this world, the best one we ever ate

Wonderful view from balcony in room with mountain view. Delicious kitchen for quiet evenings, from Wienerschnitzel to Kaiserschmarren. And each morning, a hearty breakfast in dining room with rustic setting views of the surrounding mountains. Nice warm sauna in basement level to warm up after walks in the cool autumn air. Food store in town just 7 minutes down the hill. Super access to the surrounding region: Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Traunsee, Hallstatt, -- short drives away.

Without GPS, location may have been a challenge to find in the dark. Best to arrive during daylight hours if possible until you get to know the surrounding area.

The environment was beautiful, the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was superb. The room was ok with an ample-sized bathroom. It was very nice that they accept pets, there were no issues at all with our dog and the bathroom was big enough for her to sleep comfortably (border collie).

There was no air conditioning in the room and no mosquito-nets. We had to open the window to lower the temperature (mid-June) in the room every evening, but it was always a struggle with the bugs. Additionally our room (214) was right next to the chimney coming from the SPA/Kitchen and whenever the window/terrace door was open our room was filled with the smell of smoke which was rather unpleasant.

Wonderful location surrounded by nature and mountains, really calm environment. The hotel was awesome and the staff very friendly. Restaurant within the hotel made great food from local goods. There are different animals on the property which can be fed and our kid loved it. I do recommend this place for a calm and peaceful stay.

There was no AC in the room

The nature Hotel surroundings ,the spa,the rustic atmosphere/ The breakfast staff remembered our requests and the next day provide everything we liked about itself without us asking.

Great place in the forest outside of Strobl. You need a car to go into town. Everything is fantastic, staff is amazing, rooms big and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel offers great food. We loved our stay there.

Breakfast was wonderful! We liked the variety of buffet items. It was great to see scrambled eggs and bacon.

The wifi Internet access was intermittent - especially in the evenings. This caused difficulty planning the next day's activities!

You find yourself among the mountains. Just amazing beauties! On the territory there is a farm with goats and deer, pools with salmon and carp. It's impressive!😊

Great location, very nice staff, good breakfast (despite missing saussages) Close to the Wofgangsee and other attractive locations Good food at the restaurant, nice surroundings with a lot of animals such as goats, rabbits, cows (especially children would love it)

Would appreciate having AC in the room Maybe there should be also a place outside where you can sit and enjoy without ordering food and drinks from the nearby restaurant
