Stylish and comfortable. Everything clean and new. Loved the spa area.

Description online didn’t make it clear (to us) there was a single toilet downstairs and only a shower and sink upstairs. For a property that could sleep 7 people, that could be awkward. The smallest bedroom had no air conditioning which, in a small room in the roof, meant it was hot, especially at night. Our adult, autistic son was in that room so it was a shame a fan couldn’t be provided (we did ask).

Beautiful location. The room was comfortable. The pizza restaurant was lively and we enjoyed really great food there.

There was no kettle in the room and none available to borrow from reception. It was disappointing the spa was only open for 2h per day for under 16s. My 14 year old and I were on holiday together and would have enjoyed being able to spend more time in the pool. This hadn't been clear when I booked or I probably would have chosen another hotel.

The lake view in the front of hotel was beautiful. The room was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped with utensils. The hotel itself was nicely decorated.

The lake-front yard was crammed with containers and wagons. The room, while lovely, only had one bathroom and one toilet, which could be inconvenient for a large group. Also, to access the actual room, you need to climb up the stairs.

Very very nice spa facilities Rooms very tiny but with nice balcony( also not sure about the furniture, yes i understand hotel want to keep the old Austrian style , but we as a guest can't put any of our clothes inside due to the smell at wardrobe

Furniture , and not because i don't like old furniture but because of its smell and toooo bulky for the size of the room and you put two cupboards!!

The furniture and amenities are old in the room. But the sauna and cooling pool experience were very nice. We asked to use the sauna check out morning again, they nicely accepted and turned on the sauna for us. Also, they were generous in respect of the check out timing. We felt extremely rested after the trip. There were not much to do in Wolfgang so get prepared to sleep early.

We had a 3 roomed apartment with relatively basic cooking facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very modern, everything worked very well and was high spec. The staff went out of their way to make things perfect - for example, the property lent us a drying rack for some clothes. The camp site shop had everything needed on site. The staff helped us book a taxi for an early departure - we were interrailing and connections out weren’t amazing. There were yoga classes included twice a week. There’s a tiny cute spa if you stay in the hotel rather than the camp site. There are 2 very good restaurants on site (very surprising for a hotel, let alone a campsite) where both the food and staff were fantastic. My son can’t eat gluten and the Italian restaurant was able to make all pasta dishes with GF pasta. All food was super fresh.

Nothing! The location was great - although, without a car bus connections to Salzburg are only good to Strobl - then you have to change onto an expensive local bus for 2 stops (and leaving early there was no decent bus connection back to Salzburg). That’s only an issue if you’re not in a car 🚗 One teeny thing - the apartment was really good and modern but could benefit from some hooks on the backs of doors to hang robes on.

For me, it is the best hotel on the wonderful lake not just because of its location but thanks to it great staff and services. Kudos go to the strong girls who helped to lift the heavy luggages with me to the elevator, It was really much appreciated.

The food was excellent, location excellent (right on the lake) and staff friendly.

Our room was a two story, two bedroom condo style room and it was described as air conditioned. Only the upstairs bedroom was air-conditioned which made sleeping in the downstairs bedroom uncomfortable as it was very hot during our stay.

The location, the breakfast and the decoration in the whole hotel. It is a very cozy place with a wonderful view on the lake and mountains.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable because there is no door so you don’t really have privacy when you are sitting on the toilet.
