The rooms are very clean and, except for the lack of a mini-fridge, well equipped. The balcony was a nice touch. Cleanliness was maintained daily, both around the property and in the room. There was plenty of parking space. By far the aspect I liked the most was how friendly the staff were, especially the people in the restaurant, Matusz, Markus and Karina (hope I spelled it right), who we've interacted with the most. They made our stay decidedly more enjoyable, especially seeing as how most of the country, in general, has a passive-aggressive attitude towards foreigners.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the Alps, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with warm smiles and helpful tips. My room was not only comfortable but also extremely convenient, making my stay feel like a home away from home. But what truly exceeded my expectations was the food – it was simply out of this world. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the heavenly aromas wafting from the kitchen filled the corridors, tempting me to dine more frequently than I had planned.

If I had to mention one thing I didn't like – and I'm saying this with a wink – it's those irresistible food aromas. They were so enticing that I found myself making extra trips to the restaurant, which happily resulted in me spending more than I intended. It's hard to keep to a budget when the food smells this good!

This place is really nice. Comfortable size room and comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a good selection of fresh breads, charcuterie, cheese, cereal…. it was a very relaxing time for us there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would visit it again if I go back to the area.

We had a great couple of days in this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, as well as dinner at the restaurant operated in the hotel. A great hotel for taking day trips to explore the surrounding area.

Staff super kind. Only 15 min walk to the lake with a small river passing by the hotel backyard (nice water flow sound during the night) .. amazing Mountain view from the room's. balcony, great for wine and some cheese with a good conpany. Had a good swimming pool. Good breakfast. Free and safe parking. Good size bathroom. Great stay..

Perfect breakfast, delicious dinners. Free parking. Nice rooms, all needed equipment. Very nice surrounding. Not so far from the lake. Wonderful view to the Schafberg.
