The room/suite was fantastic - so much space and a lovely bathroom and balcony. The resident downstairs was huge, obviously serving many in the local area. Good Austrian dishes. Breakfast was unimaginative.

It was noisy from the guests outside eating in the hotel’s outdoor restaurant below, even with the balcony door shut. And lots of cigarette smoke. In general the hotel itself, due to the size of the obviously much-loved restaurant, felt rather impersonal. The waiting staff were friendly and doing their best on a very busy night.

We had a beautiful room with awesome view from the balcony. Bathroom was beautiful and room was large. Dinner was nice with very friendly service. Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed in the garden in case of nice weather. The location is beautiful in a quiet, very nice village, about 10 min walk down to the lake. We visited the very pretty town of St.Wolfgang by a quick boat ride across the lake. The hotel location is great for an active holiday like SUP, swimming, mountain biking, hiking. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet village, but has easy access to bus and ferry. The room is very clean and has balcony. The room is very big with good ventilation and sunshine. The staff is very friendly and are glad to help you book activities. The restaurant offers delicious local food and it is also very affordable. This is also a family owned hotel and all the family members are very welcoming.

The hotel staff is very supportive and provides any request that is raised . The breakfast was very good. the room 103 was very big with an amazing view (highly recommended ). Location is excellent and accessible to the 7 lakes region /attractions | Highly recommended !!!

The room was fantastic, huge with a sitting area and a great view. AND it was still heated or at least warm… :) Also the bike room, and the staff in general - superfriendly and extremely helpful.

Hard to find anything - fresh fruits for breakfast would have been nice

Everything was perfect. The family is amazing and takes care of everything you need. The rooms are new and clean, the view is perfect. The location is stunning. good breakfast We would love to come back!

The shower towels are a bit stiff and scratchy

Nice and quiet location in the woods. Walking distance to the lake (where there is no promenade area like in Sankt Wolfgang im Salzkammergut for example, but still nice for after-meal walks). Good breakfast. We also liked the restaurant in the evening - good food. Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed + nice touch with the radio in the bathroom. Free parking on site; no problems finding a spot.

The pillows were a little bit soft for my taste, but not a big issue.

very friendly staff (also giving tips on activities to do around area), terrace and mountain view , breakfast (on request beforehand it would have been possible to ask for lactose free options), spacious room and balcony, parking lot (EV charging stations are being built)

no shampoo, soap or body lotion (but surely would have been possible upon request)
