Clean bathroom, cozy room with disco ball, original design, clean towels every day. We could use the kettle in the staff kitchen after an agreement at the reception, which was great and very welcomed since the coffee dispenser was out of order at the moment. Beautiful nature sceneries, close to touristic Hallstatt, camp with great pizzeria nearby, free beach in walking distance with public wc and changing rooms as well. Very nice stay, recommended!

I would suggest getting insect screens for the room windows, they would enhance our stay to 110%! 😃 No other cons, all pros.

Really nice and quiet place next to the green grass with cows. View is beautiful, mostly in the morning when low clouds reach the top of the hills! Room was really clean and nice. It also had an extra disco ball as decoration and we loved that! Check-in process was easy and fast but there is no reception at this building, you have to go to the lakeside building of this hotel when checking in. Check-in instructions clearly states this so it is not a problem. You can leave your card in the room at checkout so you don't have to go down to the reception if everything is prepaid. Breakfast for extra 18 EUR is recommended in Das Franzl. Parking is free behind the building.

Walls a little too thin and all the noise from hallway or next rooms can be heard.

The room is cozy and clean, the decoration in the room is interesting, wifi connection is strong and stable, located at a uphill of a mountain, so the neighbor is comfortable and quiet.

not very accessible if you travel by public transportation, the room is a bit small for 2 ppl to live together, the mattress is quite soft for me.

Location is quiet and beautiful. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. 10 min walk to the lake. Parking is available.

Lack of air conditioning (it was +30). Breakfast is not in the hotel building, but 10 min walk to another facility.

Everything is new and clean, the view and surroundings are awesome and the sound of the stream right behind the building is super soothing. Also good value for the money.

Just minor things to improve really, but a handful of them. Check-in is not the most convenient, please remember that the reception is not in walking distance, and it closes at 17h! You can still get your card in the restaurant though. The parking area (behind the building on the other side of the stream) was not very comfortable in darkness & snow, the shower did not have a place to put your shower gel / soap to. There is a ramp leading up to the entrance but it wasn't cleaned of snow and ice and so it was really slippery. When you're having luggage in both hands, that is quite dangerous.

The location and the rooms are very nice! Very comfortable beds, very new and clean rooms.

The only negative thing is that there is no reception and noone to address to in the evening if you gonna need something. So be careful not to loose your room card as you gonna be locked outside and you won't find anyone to help you if it's after 6pm.

Practical place to stay. Clean and efficient setup with access to the main lodge next to the lake.

Three floors up with no lift. Parking was a little wild as it was further down a track and backed into a creek. Unmarked parking spots were a challenge for some guests that ended up blocking 3 spaces.

Its quite small but very cozy. The location is pretty good, specially if you have a car and the pizzeria where we picked up the keys from was very good.

Maybe the fact that we couldn't change the temperature of the room, it was quite warm but we just opened the windows and it was fine

The place is located a short walk from the hotel where we could pick up our room cards (keys), so we were quite separated from others that I loved! The room was lovely, comfy and well-designed with a lot of shelves and a wide windowsill that we used as a kitchen counter as there was no room and equipments for cooking. The staff was almost invisible, but they changed our towels and made our bed regularly. We were super-satisfied with everything!

The only disadvantage of the accommodation is the lack of kitchen. If there would have been a small fridge at least, we would have been completely satisfied.

The view was amazing. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Affordable yet a great experience. Free parking was a plus
