- The room was lovely, beautiful view. - Easy to control Air-conditioning. - Crispy and soft sheets. - Amazing rain shower and pleasant smell of soap in the shower. - Huge tv in the room.

- The breakfast was a disappointment - we were there well before 10.30am but the items were not being refilled, staff was annoyed when we asked for plates, bread, eggs because there were none available. - An additional pillow would be great.

We liked the modern architecture but on arrival did not find the door nor where the free parking was. We liked the friendly and helpful staff especially in reception and at the Saturday night dinner which was extremely full with local people. The staff took the trouble to explain how the menu worked. The room was very well equipped with comfortable beds chairs, a large television screen with programmes in at least 3 languages, a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks, and a teasmade. I am small and old so would have liked some hand rails in the en suite and for the height of fittings to be more easily reached. Everything was scrupulously clean.

Clean smart hotel great location near to Gent and also Lille - perfect cyclists hotel

The bar and dining area is nice but not well managed - tried to eat there was a waste of time - told to wait then ignored. Breakfast is ok but the room is cluttered with too many tables - and only a few laid up for two people ???only one coffee machine and not enough staff to run service ( they tried hard to do their best) .

1. The reception prepared our rooms next to each other 2. It was very clean, we had enough towels 3. Parking across the street (free) and has electric chargers 4. The restaurant downstairs makes great cocktails. The personnel super efficient and nice 5. Breakfast has many options.

We only stayed for the night, nothing to dislike, we liked eveything.

Most people had their mini bars locked, because people from a car show were staying. Spirit prices at the bar were a tad steep. Rooms had kettles, but then no tea bags etc.

The bed was a bit soft. I asked for a double bed but got two singles

Friendly staff, hotel in modern design, good breakfast biffet with a lot of options, very trendy restaurant which seems very popular also with the local folks.

Very good breakfast with a decent variety. Incredibly clean room, almost feels like we were the first. High speed Wi-Fi. Dog-friendly. Very conveniently placed power sockets next to each side of the bed. Nice food at the restaurant.

AC didn't really do much. Had to ask for the hairdryer.

Location was good, concert just across the road. Plenty of parking spaces near in neighborhood. Breakfast place had plenty of space and food was tasty and generous.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good value for money. Quiet location
