The location is as good as it gets. The closest public beach is 2-3 mins walk. Right next to restaurants and bars. The parking was taken care of by the staff. They took and returned the car safely. Air conditioning worked fine. There was a drying rack in the balcony to dry up the beach stuff.

The breakfast is just adequate. Some options for fruits and juices would be nice to have. You have to leave the car key at the reception for your stay. The hotel is old and a bit run down, but they have kept it comfortable and simple.

The stairs were really nice and the cleanliness of the place. Where it's located, you can see the beach right in front of the hotel and it was amazing.

Well this is not a criticism but a suggestion, being someone who tried to learn Italian before coming, I appreciate that learning a language is not easy. It would have been nice if I could communicate with staff in English. I know it's not the official language of Italy, but for those coming from abroad this would make the experience even more wonderful. But maybe I just need to learn Italian. I am thankful that staff made a really good effort to communicate in English and I could tell that they generally were really helpful. Thank you so much I had a really wonderful time and I am grateful to have met you all. Maybe next time I will come with family.

Very kind uncomplicated personell/owners. Great rooms, good bathroom. Good cooling mini bar. Extra pillows (I like that!) Perfect beds. The whole hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Beach across the street. Restaurants everywhere around. No noises. Climate control very silent. We had a real good stay. I will come back here for sure 😃

WIFI in the back of the hotel a bit slower than in the front (we had 2 different rooms during our stay) In the front the Internet connection was the best I had in whole of Italy so far.

Room 308 - Located only 30K away from Genoa ferry terminal and 2K away from autostrada. Very easy to find. Hotel accommodated us with our late arrival as ferry was delayed. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel located in the center of the city, parking right behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast ! Room was big, bed comfortable and wifi worked great ! Arenzano also seems to be a very nice little city to live in.

We had to close the windows during the night as some people were speaking quite late in the street.

Hotel Riviera is an established hotel in the heart of Arenzano, the rooms are good quality if not the latest fittings, staff are friendly and helpful, especially about parking arrangements.

Hotel was good and conveniently situated immediately on the opposite side of the road to the beach. From our brief stay in Arenzano we had the impression that the town was suffering as many other European resorts, that travellers now tend to venture father afield.

Seafront hotel, a few steps away from many bars and restaurants, good sized rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning positioned so that it does not blow into your face when you're sleeping. Parking really a bonus.

Basic breakfast with limited choice, e.g. the cheese was already running out when we arrived at 9h and was not refilled. A bit dated furniture, but it fits in the whole vibe of the town architecture - like you went back in time.

The hotel is well located just across the road from the beach and a couple of minutes walk into the old town. The room was spacious and adequate and we were fortunate to have one of the few front rooms with a view to the waterfront. There is no parking on-site but staff offer convenient valet parking. The man on reception was helpful despite limited English. Arenzano is a nice town which is not too big but with an old town center and a number of good restaurants.

Hard to be too critical but breakfast was a bit limited but adequate.

excellent handling of car parking. Parked the car out front. Left the key with them and they took it to their longer term parking and got it back in 10 minutes when we're wanted to use it again. Worked very well indeed. That's good personal service! Much appreciated! The room was a good size and great sea view! Friendly town. good restaurants. Nice walk to Cogeleto and bus or train back. close to excellent golf course la Pineta. Enough public beaches, but I expect it's crowded in high season.

It is situated in awesome place. Really close to all places in Arenzano. Despite lack of parking places around the staff found place to park.

The bad was just connected two single ones together. It isn’t comfortable to sleep for two people.

The parking is not exactly at the hotel but around 200 meters and you would always need to ask the receptionist to come with you if you need anything from your car
