I stayed at this place 5 years ago too. it's within my price range, service was great, they are clean, everything so convenient (they have convenient store, starbucks, some restaurants on site) and location is perfect - the drive to Osulloc & Innisfree was less than 5 minutes and cool cafes, yummy restaurants, and other attractions felt like just some easy drive!! Also, they have a huge carpark too, so no need to worry about parking spot for our rental car. And... We've got to try 3 rides at the theme park for free and I thought that was a really nice gift. ♡ thank you so much! my husband and I, also our friends who join us on this trip really loved that experience and we had so much fun!!

in 2019, i got a room facing the pool and I really loved that. sadly this time we've got the carpark view - didn't like it as much but we were out during the day most of the time so all good!

Comfy beds, spacious rooms and good amenities. Plenty of parking and a good location that was central to the areas/sights we wanted to visit during our stay. The resort had good restaurants and cafes, and even convenience stores. They had a robot concierge that could have delivered drinks/snacks to our room which is a cool feature, but we couldn’t get our foreign phone numbers to verify and get it working. Wish we’d stayed longer so we could have taken full advantage of the theme parks, pools and playgrounds on site. Would definitely book again

We liked the connecting room (perfect for us with two kids) and the amenities and facilities around the resort is very family oriented which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was quit a bit of confusion getting around the different areas within the resort and trying to navigate the different areas was a bit of a challenge.

I loved the bathroom with the full tub, and the very soft bed. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that bathrobes were provided.

I was frustrated by the robot convenience store because I could not use a foreign credit card. I also wished they provided an additional coffee packet.

Upgraded to Marriot hotel. Well located to travel around the island. Exceptional spacious room with all the comforts for a fantastic stay. The resort complex itself was outstanding. many restaurants and bars and even a convenience store located within the complex. Very impressive complex.

If you're looking for a fully self contained short break this whole complex ticks a lot of boxes.

A hotel without an integrated gym seems like an unnecessary oversight. 35,000 KRW to use what is at best a well appointed home gym is a bit jarring.

most of things u need are around and easily available, from grocery to coffee shop and many restaurant and bars.

no shuttle bus to airport, not tourist agency available at the hotel. room didn't have bidet system on toilet.

The room was clean and neat. And it looks like a new room. All the appliances were working. This is the rare hotel in Korea where they actually provide coffee creamer. Carpark was plenty and everyone parked their cars as they should. The casino was quite lively but all their machines were really old.

Though the area is a bit out of the way, the facilities are top notch. Loved the restaurants, cute Starbucks and the spa. Everyone speaks English. It’s a 5 star hotel well worth the splurge. We had 2 family rooms that connected in the middle by a door for our 2 grown children. Try the Jeju pork restaurant at the hotel. Delicious!

Quite far from the city and airport. Food choices are very limited if you dont eat meat of fish and nothing in nearby.
