The location was perfect, the staff were excellent and the facilities on the whole were of a high standard.

We booked a double room and assumed that it would have a window similar to the one on the Booking.com website. However, we were given a room in the attic with a dormer window in both bedroom and bathroom and sloping roofs which meant you couldn't stand upright in certain parts of the room or in the shower. No luggage racks and only 1 chair for 2 people.

The hotel is very well situated, in the center of the Old Town, with a public parking around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby, apart from their own restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They've sent different WhatsApp messages with helpful information to make our arrival and stay more pleasant. We very much liked a varied breakfast buffet with a lot of fruit and warm and cold dishes. Every day there was a slightly different buffet. The beds were very good. We received an upgrade because we asked for a room with 2 beds, which was not available. The swimming pool on the roof is small, but very convenient. As there were not many people swimming, I always succeeded to swim during 30 till 60 min. I very much recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel in the perfect location in Estepona, just a stonecast away from the beach and just by the old town with plenty of restaurants minutes away. The best part is the staff which was extremely helpful and made everything to make our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, on a very high standard for a 3 star hotel. I would definitively return to the same hotel if staying another time in Estepona.

The room could have had some thin curtains to cover the windows and give some privacy. Other than that I have nothing to comment.

Well situated with easy access to parking by car. Hotel clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a slight tendency to english breakfast (that we don´t like) Beds very comfortable. They let us use the parking for some extra hours after check-out.

Although the windows arfe well isolated, you hear lots of noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants, be aware of that. Furthermore, the reserved parking spaces could be somewhat closer to the hotel entrance. No problem for us, but with heavy luggage it´s quite some way.

The people, who were extremely friendly and helpful. The location which couldn't really be any better, as it was only 50m from the beach and on the edge of the picturesque old town. The rooftop terrace. Food during the day, which was delicious and good value for money.

With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better. We would suggest: * a breakfast with healthier options and a much better coffee machine. We had to pay extra to get good quality coffee. * the routine provision of essential items, like a hairdryer, which my partner had to request. * creating a more usable space on the rooftop terrace. As it is, there is not enough space for sun loungers, which would be desirable. This could probably be achieved by removing the relatively large toilet facility (which is probably not required) and thereby creating additional floorspace for loungers. While we were on the rooftop terrace, many guests came up but were unable to stay because of lack of space. These shortcomings don't detract from the fact that this is an excellent hotel.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was waterfront in one of the best locations of old town. Breakfast was exceptional for a smaller boutique style hotel. The upper deck with pool has amazing views over the city and as far as Gibraltar.

Just a small thing was lack of rails to dry wet swimwear and towels. The noise outside at night made it difficult to sleep before 11.00pm. Neither spoiled our stay though.

+ new hotel with nice room and bathroom (luxury bathroom cosmetics) + helpful staff, especially Mr. Andrés in restaurant was very nice + great communication via WhatsApp and everything is online and modern + location near beach + greatly solved parking with nice manual + wonderful city view + free amenities in minibar

- Small rooftop pool, we weren’t able to go there, always full - Noisy hotel. It is at small square with lots of bars so it is noisy and we knew about it, but rooms are not noise proof (even though it is written in descriptions). We could hear everything happening on the hallway and next room. We also had door to next room (locked), so we could hear really everything. - Small variety on breakfast bar and awful coffee - We had one big bed, but two small mattress on it, so one of us slept in the hole

Almost every function of the hotel was presented to a very high standard. We particularly liked the helpful and friendly staff, the excellent location and the nice decor throughout the hotel. The bed was excellent. Breakfast very good.

Very little to say here. Another chair in the bedroom would be good. Also, the provided chair was uncomfortable. The TV was positioned in the corner of the room over the desk - that was inconvenient.

The design, the very well thought through concept. The staff was very welcoming and we felt immediately home away from home. The location is super. Breakfast was very lovingly arranged and above standard - what we really appreciated were the extended breakfast times.

We did not mind but guests who don’t like noise from surrounding Restaurants may want to ask for rooms with numbers 05 or 06 or higher floors.

We were there for New Year. The Manager Angel was very helpful ,sorted out car hire,etc, upgraded our room & extended our check out time. All staff were super friendly & helpful & a lovely housemaid who always looked after our room. Location was great,so close to everything,beach,restaurants/bars. Hotel has a pool on top with excellent views & a lovely entrance/lobby/reception area with outdoor seating/heaters. We were given complimentary Prosecco & grapes on New Years Eve,a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Estepona!

Wish the pool was heated!
