The pool is great! The room is spacious and balcony is really nice for sunrise!! The staff are really helpful and friendly! Perfect hotel to just relax and stay there.

The location is far away from everything. We had to get a taxi everywhere as renting a scooter was far too dangerous as it’s right on the main road. Also just to note there is loud morning prayers/music beside the hotel every morning which woke us up a few times.

-The pool was very nice, clean and refreshing, and the staff provided towels for the pool or even if you needed a beach towel to go to the beach. -There was always someone at the front desk. The hotel felt very secure because of this. -The room cleaners were good. -The location was excellent because it wasn't on the main street, but about 100 meters down a soi so you could not hear the motorbikes or traffic. -The aesthetics of the hotel upon entering was very appealing. -The balconies were a nice touch and spacious. -All in all the hotel had a nice safe and warm feeling.

-There was no breakfast. That would have been nice. -The internet would continually disconnect from my phone and I had to reconnect it with a password habitually. Obviously, this was very annoying as I thought I was connected to the internet and waiting for a message then to look and find out I was not connected. I mentioned this to the staff but no one ever addressed the issue.

Big and clean rooms, but hotel is far from the beach, where you can go swimming to, need to take a cab.Very nice reception staff, very helpful and kind! Always ready to help and assist with anything needed!

the beach next to the hotel was not for people to swim in, for boats only, which meant we had to take a taxi daily to the nearest beach. This added to our expense, as I specifically booked the hotel as it was located next to the beach. It would be good if it was noted that the beach can not be used.

great facilities, great price

location means a form of transportation is required. biting insects on balcony that is hard to not let into room. (some mosquito repelling pot plants would be great)

The staff are so friendly and accomodating. They really made me feel welcome and helped me with whatever I asked for. The view from the rooms is beautiful, the rooms are quiet, and very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and i felt very safe and happy staying here.

The first sink wouldnt drain, and i moved rooms (because i extended my stay and someone had already booked my first room) and the second room had a really strange odor, nothing could get rid of it. Would also be nice if they had a breakfast offering.

Really lovely 2 weeks at Aqua Resort! Beautiful rooms, amazing pool and gym. Friendly receptionists who were always happy to help! Loads of cool restaurants in the area (some you have to get a taxi to) highly recommend Prime Burger (10 min walk) and Raga Coffee (8 min walk). Main road is very busy/ little dangerous, so be careful when walking along it.

Would love the option to have food/ restaurant on site. Made the trip more stressful because we had to order food in for every meal.

The location is really bad… to get to anywhere one needs to take a taxi + is takes quite a bit of time to get places, also it’s quite of a let down that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast buffet included in price… the beach near the hotel stinks and isn’t swimmable at alone which is a real minus…

This hotel is lush! We had two swim up rooms, that were beautiful! They were kept immaculate by the cleaners daily. The food at the hotel is brilliant, some days after a long day out we couldn't be bothered going back out and every meal we had tasted lovely. We loved the location! Nice and quiet yet within reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The gym was great and helped that it has air con.

Nothing! We will be back! People may moan its out the way, but to us it was exactly what we wanted and more! Plenty to do and see nearby!
