The grounds was the most magnificent part of our stay! As garden enthusiasts, we appreciated a well thought out garden design- the most impact made by large clusters of few varieties. The AC kept the room cool- not frigid by any means- and the functioning windows were a charming touch to let the fresh air in! The shower stall was the best we have encountered as we had no flooding issues!

The staff was well dressed and always greeted us with every encounter but we did lose the personal touch that comes with a smaller property. The parking attendants always had the biggest smiles. The room was decorated stylishly and modern and they were very generous with pillow options. The room was large however the layout of the king bed and the side table under the TV allows little clearance for walking. And it may be that I am a klutz but I hit my shins on their bed frame more times than I can count!! One of the shower towels smelled dingy when i used it out of the shower - but since they were generous with their towels- the other 3 were neutral and satisfactory!

I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the excellent client treatment. The building's design, both exterior and interior, was stunning and perfectly adhered to French design codes. We enjoyed a perfect stay such excellent food, supremely comfortable beds, and prompt service. This is a top recommendation for those desiring a luxury experience.

Despite being a Mercure member, I noticed the official hotel's website offered higher prices compared to other booking platforms.

The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to the city's attractions while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A special mention must go to Hiep at the front desk. His exceptional service truly stood out. He was not only incredibly helpful and efficient but also genuinely kind and considerate. Hiep went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. His recommendations and assistance made my visit seamless. Overall, Mercure Dalat exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dalat. Kudos to the entire team, especially Hiep, for making my experience unforgettable!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dalat Mercure! The pictures online truly don’t do the place justice. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Spacious, luxurious room and comfortable beds. Love that it is exceptionally clean too! The kids love their stay here. I enjoy the garden view while walking to the rooms. We manage to chat with Chef Andy while waiting for our food order. Staffs here are friendly and nice.

There was slight miscommunication with front desk when I requested late check out. As I booked for 3 rooms, it was quite inconvenient to keep calling the front desk to explain I have requested earlier. Luckily the manager was there to resolve the issue. And he is well verse in English.

The property is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and nice. They have a very nice breakfast at the hotel.

it’s very clean, good price for family room. the outside is beautiful, healthy air, lots of beautiful flower. helpful staffs, they are so friendly. the place is also friendly for kids. nice.

i asked about some pain relief medicine but they are out of it. i think it’s kind of important.

I got here during Christmas time, and the beautiful decoration made it look so magical. The location was great, food was good and the little villa reminded me of Europe so much. Thank you for a great stay.

Parking. There wasn't any instruction on where to park. There wasn't any guard on side to help with either.

The villas are well spaced out and the rooms are bigger than the usual hotel rooms. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms are well equipped. Very good spread of breakfast from western to local delights. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you want some quiet surroundings and not too far from the center of town, this is the place to go.

Very beautiful Resort In Dalat right on Center but very quiet.

Staffed need more responsibility . My Dad room TV couldn’t use it but we call staff he came but no response to fix . And walking stairs need lighting on at night .
