The location is great, the hotel is very clean and stylish. The entire domain is probably the best venue in Mamaia. After all these years, still looks lovely.

I think it’s time to do some little improvements like replacing some furniture, changing the curtains, shower cabins etc While the hotel management did a great job in the last 15 years, but it’s time for a light refurbishment.

Very large apartment, clean, good location in mamaia sat - năvodari.

It needs a refurbishment, way too expensive.

It was a surprise for us that kids till 12 y.o can attend swim pool only till 19:00. We came in March when only you can do in the evening is spend family time at swimming pool. And in addition when at swimming pool was only our family, hotel staff came to us asking to leave the swimming pool because my kid is 8y.o - it was not pleasant to hear because we didn’t bother any other customers, our family was the one at swim pool. I think hotel management should think about comfort of all their customers during whole year!

Nice location, very clean, good food, big pool.

A few issues: in the evening, despite me asking repeatedly, they did not send someone to turn on the lights at the indoor pool, they kept saying “immediately”. It got to the point where we could barely see where we were stepping, quite ridiculous, we eventually just left, as did everybody else… Second, the sauna only opens at 14:00. This was quite disappointing as we only stayed for the weekend and we specifically chose this hotel because of its SPA facilities but basically we couldn’t use them for one of our two days.

The hotel accommodation is excellent. The rooms are warm, clean and wide. The spa center is perfect, the best one I have ever visitted. The best hotel for relax.

The shower cabin in the room is extremely narrow, which makes it almost unusable. I have some remarks regarding the restaurant. The waiters were laughing and speaking loudly although there were still clients. I ordered fish and chips with bread. The fish and bread were not fresh, they were unfrozen, which is not permissible for 5-stars hotel.

I have been staying here almost every year since it opened (10+ years) and always found the accomodation and facilities very good. Staff (particulary Arena restaurant) attitude however must be improved.

Breakfast choice and service - staff are totally uninterested!!. The Colonial restaurant staff, service and food by contrast are very good.

The hotel itself is very nice, good size rooms, quality materials used in construction and decoration. The breakfast was also good, with the staff being attentive and prompt.

A small inconvenient related to communication about the spa - we were not warned that thai massage means we should have come dressed and not in swimwear. But we were gently chided we showed up in swimwear. Fortunately we were able to go back to the room and change, but it was a bit strange that they did not consider the miscommunication may have been on their side.

The room was very spacious, clean, mini bar refilled daily, bathrobes, towels and bed sheets- crispy white, and the mattress-just perfect. The private beach - clean, big umbrellas and a beach bar with big variety of refreshments The spa and the pool were really a 5 star 🤩 The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly The food in both restaurants- delicious

The location is a little bit remote but for us a a plus

This is one of our favorite places on the Romanian seaside. They have typically been welcoming and nice to us. The bellboy was particularly helpful to us this time around, offering to get us milk for our little girl when she craved it in the middle of the night! THANK YOU so much!

This time around almost everyone seemed very upset... as if something was amiss. The waiters who typically welcomed us with a smile in the restaurant were frowning. We were charged an extra 20 lei for a mini bar bottle we did not even manage to open... :) but, whatever, right? When you pay 750 Euros for 2 nights it's not the extra 5 EUR that will tip your balance. I am just sorry they did not recognize a serial customer, who would normally be willing to return there whether during the season or nor. Also on the downside, the cleaning staff failed to see the "Do not disturb" sign during our baby's sleeping hours and we ended up having to register a complaint after having been disturbed inaproprately (twice) by the cleaning staff.
