For the price and location it was great . The rooms are new and well designed. Not spacious but fine . Decent size closet with real hangers ! Ironing board etc… very good shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fine. Cereals, muffins etc …. Good coffee . Very nice staff . Very helpful when I needed an extra blanket . Very straightforward and attractive decor throughout.

Lighting is the only thing that could be improved. If you need strong lighting then it’s fine . Fluorescent bulbs are quite strong . Only one light source at bed and it’s intense . If one person wants to read and the other sleep it’s awkward . Bring a Kindel ! I got use to it . Otherwise no issues .

Breakfast was really very good. Lots of variety - waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, pastries. Endless coffee and juices 24 hours. Breakfast room was neat and clean. Staff left the TV remote so you could turn the channel or change volume etc. I went in early (7 am) and had the room to myself. Other guests showed up but it was never crowded. Very nice, it was the best breakfast experience at a hotel I've had in quite awhile!

The smoke alarm in my room was missing. Desk staff was very understanding but they didn't have a replacement and the hotel was booked full so couldn't change my room. Manager said it was probably taken by last occupants. So I went without my first night there. Also, the TV played only music videos, not TV shows. BUT...the manager gave me a different remote and TV worked fine. They were very nice about this and both issues got solved for my second night, but seemed a bit careless they rented a room without a smoke alarm and with the wrong TV remote.................everything else was really good. Clean and comfortable.

A perfect place to stop between New York and Niagara Falls. The staff were very friendly and flexible with check-ins and check-outs where they could be. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with good water pressure and no temperature issues. Located next to a huge outlet with a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Breakfast was top notch and even had a waffle maker!

Not too many activities in the town, although a short drive to some scenic lakes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and convenient. Coffee/tea offered all day was a plus. The breakfast was OK, but no yogurt offered. For the most part, it was quiet.

Quiet first night. Then 2nd night had a family next door who played loud video games on the TV until wee hours of the morning. Hard to sleep (even with ear plugs) when you have to be up for work on the Monday morning. This is more reflective on the PARENTS and not the motel. Parents, please be courteous and mindful of fellow travelers - set limits for your children.

There was no microwave in the breakfast area so no way to warm anything but overall good options. But the staff was very attentive.She was covering front desk with checkout and check-ins and replenishing the breakfast items and cleaning up the tables at the same time.That was major multitasking. We all admired her work ethics and will definitely deserves promotions and raises.

More breakfast options would be good.

Cleanliness, the friendly staff, continental breakfast with a waffle maker and all u can handle on coffee 24hrs a day. The coffee not the breakfast.

A snag on check in. Im on business and have bosses credit card. He's in southern pa. Had to call him and wait over an hour for authorization form to be emailed and returned. After driving 7 hours I was not amused. The woman at the front desk was helpful and friendly tho. She kept apologizing for something that was obviously not her fault.

The price was extremely high for one night considering that I stay there every 2 weeks for the past 4 months now... Been asking to become a member of the rewards club since day one and still haven't gotten any notifications yet

Alarm clock in the room was broken. Wish there was another light in the room that we could leave on when half of us were sleeping. Everything in the room waa very bright so that wasn't possible

This Micro-tel was in a great location for the area we wanted to visit. We liked the room's layout; there was plenty of space to put items. In addition to a luggage rack, the window seat was large enough to hold suitcases. There was excellent lighting throughout the room. The roll-in shower was one of the nicest we have seen; it had 2 positions for the shower head, and the towels were the softest we have seen in a motel. It was nice to have the refrigerator up on the counter so we did not have to bend over to get items. The breakfast room was very comfortable, and had a good variety of choices. Coffee, tea, and juices were available 24 hours.

The telephone communication at the hotel was a limited transaction, "Jay Karl F." was polite but we were made to pay in order t have somewhere to stay upon our arrival time. THAT was not acceptable. Additionally, we do not believe we should have to wait 7-12 business days for our refund. Booking.com took our payment for the online booking in less than 5 minutes.
