My family and I stopped here to break up our trip from Buffalo to Boston. It was more of a technical stop but we ended up enjoying our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and rich, and the room was spacious and clean. They also offer a free washer and dryer for guests (you just need to buy your own soap), which was incredibly useful for us. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the area felt quite safe.

Staff was great and accomodating, rooms clean, parking a bit tight but even with block party it was managed well. Convenient to everything.

Traveling with a dog it would have been nice if there was more grass around building vs. brush, bushes, and gravel, but it was clean and Lafeyette Park was just a block away with lots of grass so no real complaints.

The location was amazing and very convenient. This hotel was close to many local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and included many different items for an assortment of tastes. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay at this establishment. I definitely look forward to staying again.

No complaints or concerns

Room was large, clean, and well equipped. Convenient proximity to the theater…comfortable. Had toiletries, coffee maker, microwave and fridge, hair dryer..

The staff was rude. I went to concessions area, and grabbed 2 ice cream sandwiches, the staff, said I’ll take you here, so we walked over-ice cream sandwiches in hand. She completely ignored us…started taking payment from other patrons-after about 10-15 minutes, i said, “can we just charge These to our room?” She said “oh, sure”- not sure if she was impaired or just not with it. It was really pretty ridiculous. Staff who checked us in also weren’t very friendly. I suspect a bit of reverse racism..

My son and I stayed here for the Beetlejuice show. It was a great location in walking distance to the theater. The breakfast was nice and always replenished. Staff and hotel guests were all pleasant and made our experience worth the trip! Would stay again!

The vending machine on the 5th floor did not have water but still charged me. Minor inconvenience but CVS is around the corner. We purchased drinks and filled the mini fridge.

The property was very clean and updated. The whole entire staff was very courteous and friendly.

I was HIGHLY upset that they tripled the price for one night due to many events in the area. That was observed, a rip off and uncalled for. There is no reason the price had to be $473 for one night.

That we couldn't control the AC/Heat. The first night was too cold and the last night was horribly hot, we couldn't sleep that night, we tried opening the window but it wasn't too much of a difference.

Location next door to Proctors was the main reason we picked this room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. We enjoyed our stay very much. I do think it was extremely overpriced for what it was, but as I said, it was next door to Proctors and the was the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Location was next door to the Proctor Theater where we were going. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Amazing breakfast buffet included, so many options and a very large dining area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice and included a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had large pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Definitely will return to this location.

Unfortunately because of the snow storm all our events were canceled. The city of Schenectady was under a snow emergency and therefore everything shut down. The Temperature at home was still above freezing and so we decided to drive home rather than being confined to the hotel room. The staff was very understanding

Possibly have a second comfortable chair, as we had one comfortable chair and a desk chair. It wouldn’t have worked if we were locked in our room for two days
