Fantastic stay at family run hotel, loved the pool and the manicured grounds. Room was very clean and comfortable, coffee in room and for bfast downstairs. Great housekeeping everything was very clean and quiet. AC worked amazing through 100 degree heat kept us comfy, good hot water and water pressure with complementary soap/shampoo/conditioner. Good TV selection. And the staff are so friendly! Thank you guys!

Gorgeous spacious room with a couch that was a pull up bed. Renovated I think it wa very clean. The shower curtain fell on me during a shower and they fixed it so fast. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot the pressure was perfect. The pool is clean and outdoors

The room was nice, with good decor. It smelled like it was just cleaned, which is always good.

At check in, the desk agent had issues processing my reservation, and tried to claim my card was not working, when in fact, he was screwing up his job, and embarrassed me in front of the line of people that formed waiting because of his ineptitude. I had to provide evidence that my card had sufficient funds, and my booking was charged, BEFORE he figured out how to process my reservation correctly. He never apologized for his cockup.

Breakfast is cereal and coffee from a machine however, there are restaurants around for a more substantial meal. Very clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are decorated in a late 60’s-early 70’s theme. Plenty of parking and walkways are well maintained. Would recommend.

Swap the on demand coffee machine for a coffee pot.

Nice affordable spot for a quick overnight stay. Only 10 minutes from downtown. Clean, everything in the room worked. Polite staff. Quick check in. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Property is on a very high traffic street. Bed was really firm.

The girl at the front desk was quiet but adjusted my booking without me asking because I choose the wrong option, and it saved us $20. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No weird smells or wet spots on the carpet. There was a fridge and microwave. The shower was nice. And it had a nice tv. The cleaning service didn't try chasing us out way before checkout. Perfect location to stop at Fiden's Brewery right around the corner. Also had a bunch of things we needed to bring in so it didn't freeze in the car, and she gave us a room on the first floor that we could pull right up to the door.

It could use some updating, although it looked the like shower and lighting possibly had recent updates. Just the furniture and carpet looked a little tired.

Convenient to UAlbany. Got a few rooms for the Aunts and Uncles coming in to see my son Graduating.

The full beds were small, not ideal for two people. The breakfast fast area just had cornflakes and whole milk. No coffee creamer.

They have smoking rooms and the rooms are clean with comfort. I did not take part of the breakfast in quite some time yet given I have stayed there many of times I do know its good wish the had waffles, bacon & eggs which I am not sure they have included it or not by now.

This is with all hotels you are not allowed to check-in until 3pm or after yet you must check-out by 11am just doesn't seem fair.

Good location appears to be not cramped by other businesses even though they were close by.

Looks like it’s being renovated. Pleasant color scheme, good towels, good decoration/decor. Outside area still needs work but eye pleasing & worth the money.

In my opinion, our room was good for my familly, (3 children and me) it was clean, smell well, the blinding cover well the outside light. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

The breakfast is not good, could have more proteins and fruit , the pool was closed, we woke up to the fire station alarm. The WiFi is not good for my room 152.
