Lovely Suite.Self service Breakfast good with cereals,scrambled egg,sausage and potato cubes,juice machine,tea and coffee,pancakes and waffles.King size comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fridge starts up every hour all night like tractor,also burner starting outside all night. Paid in full on check in with card and also took 20 dollars per night breakage fees.On check out day i noticed hotel tried to take 450e twice,so i went to reception who were very helpful but could not sort issue.The day after check out they added money to my card then took 420 euros from that which left me with my breakage deposit back.Altough i was not over charged persay This was the most confusing payment system ever as two couples in my group had the same problem.

Staff was really great. The room was large and comfortable. Close to the cross gates mall. The free Breakfast was good too.

The location is a little inconvenient.

This is the first time we've stayed at a residence Inn, and we were very happy. The room size and functionality were wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant. We have no complaints at all.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The breakfast was nice with a variety of hot and cold options. We didn’t use the pool, whirlpool, fitness room, or grill area but they all looked well maintained.

It’s not possible to walk anywhere (shops, restaurants) directly from the hotel but most things are a short drive away.

It’s everything eat my nephews house and highway.

It was a suite with sofa bed extra. I was with my seniors parents. At the time to use the sofa bed couldn’t used cause was bad condition feeling all the metals in my back. Then I slept as a couch.

I was double charged for the room and al now having to fight with the Hotel, my bank and the website I booked with to try and get my money back.

The location was perfect. The room was great and clean.
