The staff was very eager to be helpful. The refrigerators of the room do not have freezers. So upon request they were happy to put my ice blocks and their freezer and retrieve them for me. Location was easy to find. I've never had coffee out of one of those machines and a hotel breakfast room room that actually tasted very good but theirs did!

The quality of the food on the breakfast bar was good. However it was pretty much all carbohydrates. So no option for someone that needs to be gluten free. It would be easy enough to add instant oatmeal or containers of yogurt. There was two kinds of bread for toast, two kinds of bagels, plenty of toppings, really good coffee and two kinds of juice. But some form of protein or something gluten-free would be really really welcome.

The stay is always nice and the staff is always nice but I've been noticing there's now roaches in the rooms and ants, I've seen a couple on my weekend and it was hard to even have food around without seeing them near it, my family has worked for hotels so I was raised to always be clean and proper in hotel rooms and as much as I tried to keep things clean they would pop up and go into wall cracks. The sheets weren't very clean after housekeeping. The room was better when I checked in but otherwise staff was great, bed was comfy and room was a tad bit cleaner than it usually is but the roach problem is the issue now

Conveniently close to Albany SUNY. The price was decent for last minute.

I wish there were weights in the gym.

It was alot cleaner than the last time I stayed and I liked how they asked us which floor we wanted to be on which helped alot considering one of us has a leg issue. The staff is so nice.

It could have been a bit cleaner and some outlets didn't work. We were on the first floor but the window faced like a little side door of the building and with just curtains and no blinds not like we could get any sunlight in or even slightly open them without someone seeing us. Otherwise it's always a nice stay and a lot better than the other options around Also the bed moves alot considering it's on wheels it would be nice if they were locked in place for guests

Felt safe, nice part is town, accommodating staff, very reasonable, clean room, hallways and breakfast area, room temperature perfect, did not need heat or AC to run.

Free breakfast is minimal with bagels and white bread to toast, coffee and juice. No cereal or protein (even just hard cooked eggs would be good). Parking is limited to one side of the building. The middle entry (the one not near the lobby) is a little so first impression was negative, no elevator to 2nd floor is importance to know, but I prefer upstairs anyway. Cost to the airport. We stayed at the beginning and end is our trip and in the 2nd room, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud. We didn’t ask to change rooms because in the way home it was just overnight. Reported at checkout and was told they would see to it. I would stay here again and buy a few groceries to amend the breakfast.

The staff was really nice, kind, and attentive. The room was generally clean and comfortable, and came with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a nice desk and chair for working! The hotel is very conveniently located in a safe area with malls, stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was a great value for the money, it's current rating doesn't do justice to the good experience we had at this hotel.

This a no frills hotel so breakfast is expected to be simple, but it would be nice having some milk and cereal, as the options were limited to just bread and juice/coffee. The pillows were nice and soft but too thick so they were a a bit uncomfortable on the neck. I also found what it looked like an accumulation of mold and dust in the ceiling but nothing major. Other than that, we liked the hotel!

The hotel is an excellent value. We needed a clean place for the night with our kids and this fit the bill. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room and facility was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The free breakfast was rather paltry given it is just bagels and white bread or some pre-wrapped muffin. It would be nice to have hot oatmeal, fruit, or something else - but for the price we paid for the room I am not really complaining.

The facility itself looks a little run down, but we found our room very clean and comfortable. The central air heating was not working but there was a room heater that worked very well to take off the chill. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good shape.

We could have used a second package of coffee in the room. Also, the breakfast choices were a little weak, but it was nice to have something to eat and drink provided!

The place was so much better than expected, the reviews are quite low compared to how good it actually was once we got there. It was a great value for money and the breakfast was really good. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and super helpful. The hotel is located exactly where the bus stop to get to the city centre is, and it only takes 15-20 minutes to get into the heart of Albany.

The place could improve on its cleanliness, it wasn't dirty in any way, but it could be so much better if more attention to small details was spared. The lights in the room were a bit dim, once night time came, it was quite hard to read.

Convenient to airport and nice area. Hallway to room was clean with newer carpet. Ron was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind.

The parking was only on one side and the middle entry was unkempt. The breakfast was coffee or tea, white bread or bagels to toast, butter, cream cheese or peanut butter and jam and juices from concentrate. No protein. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt would be good additions.
