Room was clean..comfy beds...but overall I was confortable..breakfast was ok..just ate it twice of a 3 night stay

Elevators buttons not working easily..had to press button a few times..I requested a house keeping when we checked in and didn't get any cleaning .just fresh towels at least..breakfast was ok..lastly pricing could be a lot better..

Loved the look of the building, set back from the road which is nice so you don’t hear the road traffic! Staff was so kind and accommodating!

Came back to my room after dinner and it smelt like cigarettes - didn’t smell when we first were in the room, which was very weird. The hotel staff was amazing though, got us an air purifier and some febreeze. Smell was gone in under an hour.

Clean Good location

Guests who smoke should not feel like they are not as important or unwelcome They should have a nicer area to smoke and it should be a covered area if it’s raining. As it was raining when we stayed. There should be at least one type of chair in the rooms. Even with the room we stayed in with 2 queens there would have been room by the floor lamp And in the cafeteria area maybe a notice after a certain time to be respectful of others and not be so LOUD

I absolutely loved the staff at the hotel. It’s very rare that I acknowledge a staff for being such hospitable the way they were at Fairfield. They made my first-time stay in Albany a memorable one. I truly wish I could take the staff with me to every hotel stay; they were that great.

Minor issues with the billing processing.

The breakfast was great. Everything was kept full and clean. The front desk staff, both women, Meghan and her associate were of a tremendous help. There was a glitch in our reservation, but, thanks to the associate, it was solved immediately after our arrival. The location of our room was very convenient. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

In the night I needed another blanket - wish there had been an extra in the closet - didn’t want to fully wake up for it - not a real complaint, just would have made me more comfortable

We were flying early, so we stayed at the Fairfield Inn to be close to the airport...Great location! 2 of my granddaughters live nearby, and we were allowed to have them over to play in the pool. Fun & Clean! There were many breakfast offerings...Enjoyed!

We always stay at this location. Because it’s close to the hospital we use. Staff is great.

Did not like the comforter on the bed. Was so thin and matted, that we froze all night. Have never had that happen before they need to check some of their comforters.

place was well situated nice pool and gym. very clean staff was helpful and friendly .good value considering any place within an hour of saratoga race track charges way tooo much to get nothing.

pillows for bed and breakfast could be better

At first we got room nr. 314 and it is not possible to sleep in that room because of noise from ventilation. The day after we got another room 326, smaller but very nice and quiet.

We did not like the hot breakfast, bread with ham and egg packed in plastic and was like sponge when opened. Good coffee and juice, fresh bananas and apples, good yogurt and waffles that you bake yourself.
