The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

After completing the on-line check-in, I had to repeat and complete the routine check-in at the front desk. No bathroom amenities. Very slow service at the breakfast bistro. Chambermaid knocked at door over an hour prior to checkout to see if we had vacated room. In this day of electronic notifications, the front desk should be able to notify staff when guests have vacated room.

Basically we went with a group of nice people in different days with the intention to see the graduation of my son . The front desk was kind and nice supporting us during the stay . Also they were kind with special room to my son with lots of decoration

We basically didn’t have our rooms cleaned. It is a pit

I had dropped my daughter off at camp in NY (from LA) and needed a decent, clean, comfortable room by the Albany airport and the Courtyard Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to find, plenty of parking and a quick check in. This location seemed like it was a more new version and had a very clean feel to it. There was even a little Bistro inside the hotel that you could get dinner and drinks at. The room was a decent size and pretty clean. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable.

The only thing that I noticed was that there was some dirt/ dust on the side of the shower but everything else was super clean so I assumed it was just accidentally forgotten.

Superb Hotel, recently built, extremely clean, comfy bed, well located. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Lots of A/C outlets in the room, modern furnishing, excellent ironing equipment, quality 1800 watt hair dryer , modern roomy shower, Shampoo, Body wash, conditioner excellent quality. Yes, even the facial tissue and hygiene paper rolls are buy for home quality. Would definitely go back without hesitation to this place.

There is no clear markings of what the shower soaps are. It’s written in light text on a light coloured bottle. Try going into the shower half awake in the morning trying to figure which is the body soap, shampoo or conditioner. Now imagine if you usually wear glasses !! Nothing like using conditioner all over your body when you thought is was body wash. Also, ladies note, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom for make up or a shower cap. Good grief, just those last few details could of made this hotel perfect. But I still would go back to this place.

That the price of the Courtyard by Marriott Albany Airport is expensive (3 nights stay) and 5 years post Covid we still do not fully get our rooms serviced on a daily occurrence to restock towels or to make beds automatically. 🤦‍♀️

My wife and I liked the Shuttle services. We used your shuttle when we dropped off the rental car and when we went to the airport early morning departure day. Also, the Bar food was excellent the night of our stay and the bar personnel were very friendly.

Your hotel provided just what we needed, so no complaints. The only thing is the lodging fee could have been a little less.

The location is very good, close to the airport and to Wolf Rd where there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall. The breakfast choice is limited, the portions are moderate but food quality is ok. The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are spacy. Windows have good noise isolation.

All was great nice new clean , breakfast could have being better small variety !

The worst we ever experience sound from HVAC unit !!! For new hotel it’s not exactable ! Was no problem for us , but in shower water was splashing out to the floor because of design of door opening !

Closeness to where I need to be.

Pool is not heated. Price of the hotel is alot when there is no servicing of the room daily. Servicing is every other day. So beds don’t get made up and towels don’t get serviced.
