Loved the location. Walking distance from a huge shopping center. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy to access. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle service started at 4:00 AM which was really helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. In room coffee as well as lobby coffee available 24/7. Fridge and microwave in room. Windows had screens and could be opened.

My only disappointment was that the HVAC system had no ability to simply use a fan. I like to be able to access a continuous fan and most hotels now have this feature on their systems. Without a fan I had trouble sleeping.

I really appreciate the location and proximity to other restaurants or services while staying overnight. I found the hotel staff very friendly and attentive, and respectful even to difficult (observed) guests.

In spite of being a non-smoking room and a non-smoking policy and agreement, my room smelled of smoke from the previous guests. Even if a guest does not smoke in the room, their belongings and person still cause the room to smell of smoke. I would hope the rooms could be sprayed with a strong odor prevention between guests as a part of the room readiness.

Everything, except the check in, person was very rude.. acted as if he could not find my reservation, told me it was at another location, as I turned to walk away he said he found it.. and gave me a lame excuse bout how it was made on the reservation.. when I received my receipt everything was correct.. he keep looking away flipping his eyes .. no direct contact with his costumer, I stood there every bit of 15 minutes before he found my reservation.. poor customer service mind you I called before going to make sure room was ready, cause it was a lil early.. spool with a young lady that confirmed room was ready, he stated she didn’t tell him anything, so that’s where the confusion came in… it was almost as if he didn’t want to help me at all… had I not questioned his responses, I’m sure he would’ve just let me walk out of there and figure it out myself.. people really pay hard earned money for these stays, if it’s not for patrons, the door would be closed.. and he would not have a job to go to.. overall the Hotel was great!! But I most say the person at the desk when we left for our flight was very nice and informative..

Check -in poor customer service.

breakfast was fairly good, and we ate breakfast every day. Enjoyed the bacon and eggs as I can’t eat many bread products. coffee acceptable , and liked that lemon wster was available all day long as well as coffee.

I do wish almond milk had been offered for the coffee, and cooked oatmal had been offered (natural cooked whole oats) rather than, or along with the pre packaged kind because my husband can’t have sugar, and all the pre packaged breakfast cereals had sugar. Natural whole oats used to make Oatmeal helps stabilize bloodsugar. But the proten at breakfast that was offered daily helped with that.

Great location and staff very nice , the older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful,he went out of his way to help us . Breakfast very good and beds are so comfortable

One elevator not working but it didn’t look like anything was going on to fix it . Their one and only ice machine was not working when we got there and there was a male employee right there with a guest so I thought they were fixing it but the next morning I went to get ice and still none. I told the lady at the front desk and she acted like she didn’t even know and had to response at all, that’s not acceptable

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I also loved the layout of the room. It was roomy and I loved that there was a separate space with a desk and that there was somewhat of a divider for the living room area.

The tv was very outdated. Basic cable service. Many other hotels offer netflix and other streaming services.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was good. The general area was very good, convenient to where we were going.

It was a little tricky getting onto the road from the hotel parking lot because it was close to a major intersection but we managed by going around the hotel and out through a connecting parking lot.

The bed was super comfy. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good except when there were a lot of people it made it difficult to get food. The location was ok except for the fact you had to backtrack some to get to some locations. Staff was very friendly. Overall, this was a very nice stay!

Breakfast bar was difficult to use when the dining area was filled

Excellent services, coffee refills on time, coffee available inside the room and at coffee station. Extra ordinary clean and hygienic bed sheets, comforters, carpets, rest rooms. AC/Heater and lights are working properly and efficiently. All furniture is clean and properly located. Indoor pool & Gym is awesome. Gym 24 hours but pool close at 10PM. Breakfast is awesome and all items are freshly cooked.

Only laundry dryer is not working

Close to many stores & restaurants. Easy to find. Rooms were clean modern & spacious. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Plenty of parking.

Not sure if they had water damage, mildew smell in hallways. Not horrible, but noticeable. I would still stay here again.
