The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. I wasn't able to have breakfast, but including it in the price made up for the things I didn't like. I hope the remodel will be complete next time I visit.

I wish I had been alerted about the property being under construction up front. Parking was limited, and the walk to the back of the hotel to enter was a little sketchy after dark. Also, I didn't like walking through the dirt in the parking lot in dress shoes. The pillows were flat, and the towels were scratchy. I hope they will be part of the remodeling plan.

Breakfast was excellent, actually much more than we expected. Hotel contacted us actively about any needs we might have. Free parking was plus. A nice kiosk was available at the hotel with coffee, snacks and accessories.

We had ordered a baby bed beforehand but it arrived late and only with a bottom sheet, without any blanket or cover sheet. Information about room size was quite misleading at Booking.com, saying it is 63 m² but it is rather comparable to a normal hotel room size. The air condition system is very noisy if needed.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were clearly updated recently. My room and bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay

The only complaint I have, and I understand that it’s just smart business on their part, is that the rates were more than double during UAlbany graduation weekend. It’s not a complaint about the quality of the hotel itself.

The best part was the lobby, very well organized and designed. Also, it was great that the hotel has a garage, not only parking lot.

The worst part was the breakfast. The food was delicious but not enough variety for grab&go, the main breakfast has to be ordered. That is good because it’s fresh and warm but it takes time for preparation. Also, we wasted more time dealing with the payment for it. It was included in our stay but the staff didn’t see it and I had to prove it myself.

Accessibility room was well laid out, very large and spacious, everything was clean and staff were friendly.

A significant number of spaces in the underground parking garage were unavailable due to renovation items such as old headboards and construction materials.

The location fit my needs perfectly as I was doing the Albany U tour with my granddaughter. It was convenient to shopping and the downtown area

Cleaning staff needs to be more attentive to the complete refreshing of the room.

I needed a clean quiet place to get a good nigh't sleep. I had to get up early so I missed breakfast. I was highly satisfied with the hotel and the service.

The location is a little tricky with the college dorm at the entrance. Originally I parked outside the wrong building, but I quickly figured it out.

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. It was above average and the service was excellent. The hotel was spacious, clean and well appointed. We walked to the nearby 7-11 for milk. There was also a Dunkin Donuts nearby. We enjoyed a restful stay in comfortable beds.

The coffeemaker wasn't working. No big deal.

Close to the University , clean, friendly staff

The pool was closed/ not operational and we were not told, we would not have booked if we knew. Getting a hot breakfast was too involved- my daughter had a tournament at the University and we didn't have time to sit down and order something ... we opted to eat elsewhere. Last year, we paid for breakfast but were very happy with the buffet that was provided.

The staff is just phenomenal at this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Casey was particularly awesome. It is very close to the orthopedic hospital, so we have stayed here 2x prior to surgeries. So convenient.

There was a dirty towel hanging on the rack (it had makeup stains all over it). The traffic sounds from the highway were a little loud sometimes (totally not something the hotel is responsible for).
