Very pleasant staff. They all were very good at engaging with the customers and genuinely showed they care about the guests comfort above all. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the towels, linens, etc. Overall a good experience because of the staff!

The facility itself is overall very clean, but fairly tired. It needs several areas remodeled especially the main hallway. I will also say the room doors are extremely thin for hotel doors which causes everything happening in each room to be easily heard not only in the hallway, but also within the rooms themselves which is never a good thing.

The staff here was very friendly 😁 I stayed here for a girls trip and to find my wedding dress! The day I found it my friends and I celebrated and the staff was super excited and hyped us up! It's nice when places like this add great vibes to your visit 😊 thanks for everything!

I wouldn't say this is a "dislike" per se, but it is a little rustic motel ie. beds are a bit stiff, I'd recommend bringing an extra pillow or two, and the blankets are a bit thin. But it is charming and in a good location

Tara was excellent! She was super nice and very accommodating, She really looks out for us Truckers! It's nice to know that there is good people out there that appreciates what we do and try's to help and look out for us, She made sure i was able to check in early so i would have a warm place to sleep/relax during my downtime in between loads! FYI to all...Box Truck drivers matter 2! We work hard but our trucks dont have a Sleeper! Thank you everyone at Travel Lodge Inn!!!

A very nice place at this price point. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom was handicapped accessible, and the housekeeping staff kept the place very clean. Very convenient location, across the street from a mall. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the laundry room, and the dryer vent ducts needed to be cleaned out.

Clean, safe, great location, helpful cheerful staff and big time Bang For The Buck. Yes it is a little dated but it is as I said very clean, safe, well managed and a great deal in a good location. You can't ask for more at that price. Really good value.

The location, the friendliness, warm welcome

The bed bugs located on 2nd floor, discovered bits and skin irration, although room was very clean, stripped bed and found very dirty mattress covered, curtains are always filthy when blood stains , was in room 220.

My home caught on fire and was destroyed. I came to this motel with nothing. From the moment I walked in Tara, Reggie and all the staff immediately made me feel like I was home,so much support, kindness and flexibility. This made me be able to deal with my tragedy of loosing my home so much easier. I can never thank all the staff Enough.

I liked everything and everybody

I had to make a last minute hotel switch - they were quick and responsive! Staff was friendly, accessible, and quick to help even at 11pm! The ladies at the desk were firm but so, SO polite - very respectable!

The location didn't seem to be in the best area, but that doesn't really affect the quality of service!

It was fine for our night stay it was clean and the front desk was great checking in.

The only thing I didn't like is that you could only enter through the lobby none of the side doors would open with your key when you swiped.

I will recommend Travel Lodge Albany. Facility is good, spacious room and clean. Value for money....YES!!

I can't recall what I don't like. I enjoyed my stay.
