Our flights were delayed and we didn't fly in to Albany until 1 am. I called ahead from Chicago and they said No problem, just call us when you get here and we will come pick you up, and they did! We were too tired to drive, and the car rental place's website said they closed at midnight. Albany Inn drove us back to the airport the next morning, after our breakfast (which was included in the price). And I just made the reservation the night before, after SW texted me to say our flight to Rochester would likely cancel due to weather, but I could re-book at no additional cost, so I re-booked to Albany. And booked a rental car from Albany, which apparently many of us did, bc they were short of cars and many many of us waited 2 hours for our cars. But the Albany Airport Inn was great! What a life saver!

The room was comfortable and clean. It met our expectations. We had to leave early for a flight out of Albany International, so we couldn't fully experience all of the faculties. We did use the Shuttle that was provided. Our first driver @ 5:00am was friendly and helpful. Our second driver was funny and upbeat, especially since he came to pick us up when our flight was delayed. And consequentially he gave us another ride back to the airport a couple of hours later....thank you Tyler! Our trying times during that day in June was made much easier with Tyler's help. Can't wait to go back to the Albany Inn on our next journey.

The Albany Airport Inn is a little timeworn, but it’s easy to find, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for the money, too. The staff were helpful and friendly. They allowed us to change our arrival date at no charge and gave us a poolside room for the kids. The indoor pool area is almost like a theme park. And the breakfast — I could go on and on. It’s the best budget motel breakfast I have ever had, period. I don’t know how they do it, especially when half the offerings go out the door in people’s bulging pockets and purses. Must be a loss leader or something.

The motel complex is huge and entirely wnclosed. The HVAC bills must be enormous! There was one hallway section near a middle exit that reeked of marijuana smoke. The kids noticed this (and the police presence) and were not impressed.

This property is definitely under new ownership and it is certainly worth every dollar that you spend. It is significantly cheaper than the other properties in Albany. However, it is the safest I’ve ever felt. They had security staff at every entrance and exit the facility. They definitely are trying to rebuild revamp and you gotta give credit where credit is due they were super friendly, and for the price of the hotel I think it is simply fabulous. There is nothing more that you can expect for the price you pay.

Great location, clean rooms, ample parking

Options in Breakfast were not that good. To begin with one of the staff had wrapped up. Breakfast facilities at 9 which was supposed to be 7-10 am for the weekend we were staying there for, second after realizing the mistake it was opened again, but the pancake machine wasn’t working, kids and us had to default back to bagel and breads so not ideal there as well

We got a room that opened up to the pool, and court yard , it was pretty awesome! The shower was very nice, all employees were so nice! Clean, and in the mornings you know they were cleaning lemons were in the air clean smell!

The mattresses you could hear the springs crackling, and feel them that's the only thing I didn't like

Overall kindness of the staff. Room was a bit iffy, but only in details — thin towels, phone didn’t work, no wi-fi password available and the phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the desk. But the price is right, location perfect and the shuttle to the airport was waiting for us at 6am. We will stay here again.

Bed was comfortable ... food options across the street and down the road a short distance.

No elevator ... breakfast was so-so, only one waffle maker for a lot of people made the wait long ... pool area was very hot and chlorine smell was over-powering, glad I didn't have a room that opens to the pool.

The provided what is needed for comfortable stay. Very friendly reception staff. Most importantly they have 24 hours airport drop. They do it with smile and ensure stay is comfortable.

The rooms were big ! the king room with the bed was massive. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall for what we paid it was pretty good.

it wasn't the cleanest I mean it was mediocre. I did ask for no feathers and the comforter had feathers. the comforter was kind of used and had a couple stains on it and the pillows were pretty worn and small.
