Comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, Keurig coffee maker in the room (what a bonus), great breakfast in the dining area, great waitress/server. She went the extra mile to find me a real coffee mug. I had been drinking out of paper cups for days on this trip. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

everything was good - as expected

The staff welcomed us with humor and smiles and complimentary bottles of water. The room was comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The lighting was nice and we had a nice view. There was an exceptional free coffee bar in the lobby at check out.

Some of the furniture had a little wear and tear but nothing alarming or glaring.

From the moment we checked in, staff was friendly and had bottled water for us. We were late getting there because of a snowstorm. The woman who checked us in was fast and asked if we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight due to a flight in the morning. We truly appreciated the shuttle to the airport. That was quick and easy to arrange. Coffee was available in the morning for us and we left too early for breakfast.

Staff was very, very friendly and positive. They wanted to help they could even hang around with you. It was very informal and nice.

The room could’ve been in better condition. I couldn’t regulate the thermostat, but otherwise it was fine.

My shoes needed polishing and I noticed housekeeping cleaning rooms. I asked her do you sell those shoe polishing pads. She said no BUT SHE grabbed her furniture polish got my shoes and made them shine. I was very happy. Forgot her name but it was on 2/19 room 316

Bar, restaurant on site. Airport shuttle

Took 30 minutes to get someone to answer a call for a shuttle back to hotel. No one answered shuttle number or front desk. I selected the number to change an existing reservation 🤷‍♀️ and finally someone answered.

We only had an overnight stay to catch an early flight, but I’ll stay here again for a longer stay. The staff stands out, they were all friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Taja for great service! The amenities were beyond what we expected, including a full bar and restaurant. The shower in the room was excellent and much appreciated as we arrived from a 2-day hiking trip.

If there were a hot tub we would have used it. Alas, there was only the pool and gym.

Clean and close to the airport. I was able to return my rental car a day early because I used the hotel shuttle to go to the airport at 4:30am. The shuttle was on time and was only a 5 minute ride.

Easy and nice facilities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Overall fairly clean. Bathroom could use some updates from the brown wallpaper

As a custodian, I tend to see things that are missed but the carpet needed to be vacuumed and bathroom needed some attention around the edges. Nothing so terrible that I wouldn't go back again

Room was not thorough clean (some dirt near the bed) The carpet looked worn out, especially in certain spots, e.g. near elevators, etc. Elevator doors did not look clean.
